Grade K Making personal safety choices in the stories and in the real world Grade 1 Making personal safety choices in the stories and in the real world Website basics: searching an online dictionary Get an adult s permission before using the Internet on a pre-selected website Grade 2 Going on the Internet safely: asking permission before using the Internet or a specific website; telling a parent what you re doing; choosing safe websites. Respectful, positive communication in the real world and in cyberspace Searching an online encyclopedia (World Book Online) Keeping personal information and passwords private.
