Yard Operator The Yard Operator will be responsible for assisting with the daily operation and maintenance of the concrete batch plant and related equipment. This includes but is not limited to keeping equipment and plant site neat and clean at all times, maintaining plant grounds and making sure all equipment is in its proper place. The Yard Operator will also be responsible for maintaining proper levels of aggregates and admixtures, keeping hoppers full of aggregates at all times and loading dump trucks, trailers, and pickups with the proper amount of requested material as required. The Yard Operator may be required to assist the Plant Manager with batching and fill-in as required in the absence of the Plant Manager.
