Our vision is A POPULATION WITH ADEQUATE AND ACCESSIBLE QUALITY MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES Our Mission is TO EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY SUPPLY ESSENTIAL MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO PUBLIC HEALTH FACILITIES IN UGANDA We are now looking for competent persons who possess appropriate skills, knowledge and right attitude to fill vacant positions which has arisen as a result of our expanded mandate. RE- ADVERTISED (ONE POSITION). Job Title: Systems Administrator Report to: Management Information Officer. Salary Grade: 4 Purpose of the job: To install and maintain working systems across the enterprise as and when necessary, in line with the Company s ICT strategy. KEY RESULT AREAS/ACCOUNTABILITIES 1) To install, support and maintain servers or other computer systems and associated peripheral systems. 2) To plan for and respond to service outages and other problems. 3) To script or write applications or utilities 4) To carry out project management for systems related projects 5) To supervise and or train a team of computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical support staff. 6) To be the consultant or advisor for problems beyond the knowledge of technical support staff. 7) To perform his or her job well, a system administrator must demonstrate a blend of technical skills and responsibility. 8) Provides user support for desk top and server based applications. 1) An honour s degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer applications, Information Technology or their equivalent. 2

3 2) Professional Information Technology Certifications such as Micro soft certified professional, Cisco certified Net work Associate or their equivalent.( constitute an additional advantage). 3) A minimum of three years post qualification experience 4) Past experience in installations, upgrades, trouble shooting and repairing of computers and their associated peripheral devices in multi protocol network environment preferably a large corporate. 5) Should be familiar with several operating systems such as windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/Vista/7, Unix/ linux Directory, LDAP, etc. 6) Should be familiar with general networking, Windows Active NMS/2014/04: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE- KARAMOJA REGION (ONE POSITION) APPLICANTS MUST BE KARAMAJONG. Job Title: Reports to: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE Head of Sales and Marketing Salary Scale: Grade 4 Location of office: Moroto Job Purpose: To provide customer care service to clients in the field, in order to ensure their satisfaction. KEY RESULT AREAS/ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Carry out field visits to monitor service delivery to health facilities within Karamoja region by ensuring that health facilities coverage and frequency targets are achieved. 2. Carry out continuous monitoring and evaluation activities at Health facilities as per the approved procedures. 3. Co-ordinate with the offices at NMS Head quarters, its distributors, District Health Offices and District Officers, District Security organizations and Health Facilities in charge to ensure that timely and accountable 3

Training in Customer service is an added advantage. NMS/2014/05: FRONT DESK ASSISTANT RE-ADVERTISED (ONE POSITION) Job Title : Front Desk Assistant Reports to: :Human Resource Management Officer Salary Scale: :Grade 7 Location of Office: Entebbe Job Purpose: :To carry our reception service and telephone switchboard operation. KEY RESULT AREAS/ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Receive, record bookings and make outgoing calls. 2. Maintain records and verify telephone bills before forwarding for payment processing. 4

5 3. Receive all incoming calls and route them to relevant personnel, and attend to routine inquiries and record all messages received in line with NMS customer care guidelines. 4. Maintain the front desk office infrastructure in line with front office desk management practices. 5. Receive customers/visitors to corporation and guide the relevant offices in line with NMS customer care guidelines. 1) A minimum of an diploma in Secretarial Studies or in Business Administration or in Leisure and Hospitality. 2) Computer literate 3) Able to communicate effectively, especially verbally 4) A Minimum of two years post qualification experience. 5) Should have undertaken training in Customer Service. NMS 2013/06 : CUSTOMER CARE ATTENDANT- KARAMOJA REGION (ONE POSITION) APPLICANTS MUST BE KARAMAJONG. Job Title: Customer Care Attendant Reports to: Customer Care Representative Location of office: Moroto. Purpose of the job: To provide Customer Care support to the Customer Care Representative by way of ensuring that the customer service inquiries are either to Customer Care Representative or recorded for onward presentation to Customer Care Representative. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS 1) To answer Customer inquiries 2) To receive documents and arrange for their delivery to NMS head office 3) To receive and direct all internal and external calls to appropriate destinations. 4) To serve as a front desk person of the office 5
