2 WHITE WINE Soave Classico, Bolla, Blending of the highly prized Trebbiano di Soave grape. Dry with soft floral bouquet, clean pear and lemon flavours and a delicate almond aftertaste. Perfect for seafood, chicken pastas and entrée salads. It also makes a perfect aperitif. Geyser Peak Chardonnay, A bright and vibrant style of Chardonnay, with a soft, tropical fruit character typical of Californian examples. Medium palate weight, with a pleasing mix of racy acidity and buttery softness. House Selection - Rare Vineyards Marsanne-Viognier Pays d Oc, A blend of white Rhône varieties which have been transplanted to the warm vineyards of the Languedoc in southern France. Unoaked the emphasis is on fresh, lively citrus fruit with the roundedness of warmer Mediterranean flavours such as ripe peaches. Don Jacobo Rioja Blanco, Bodegas Corral, Fresh, dry crisp and modern, from this classic Spanish region using the local Viura grape. Fruity aroma with hints of apples and banana, balanced with tropical nuances of pineapples and flowers. On the palate green fruits sensation, fresh and full in the mouth. Slight acidity to enhance its quality, rounded and well balanced. Errázuriz 1870 Peñuelas Block Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley, Delicate, tropical fruit on the nose. Passion fruit and mineral notes, zesty citrus and tropical fruit on the palate. Balanced with a zesty finish. All the hallmarks of a good Casablanca Sauvignon Blanc. Kleine Zalze Vineyard Selection Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch, South Ripe and silky smooth produced from South Africa s most popular white grape variety with rich guava fruit and honeyed character. Hand-harvested premium quality grapes from some of the oldest vines on this estate make up the magic ingredients to produce this elegant, full-bodied wine. Bethany G6 Riesling, Barossa Valley, Attractive brilliant pale green-gold colour and varietal citrus aromas with a refined lemony palate with delicate floral overtones. Clean and crisp with good balanced acidity and length. Sancerre, La Fuzelle, Adrien Maréchal, This is a classic Sancerre, a real winner if you like a very dry Sauvignon. Distinctively elegant and laden with racy crispness, abundant gooseberry crunch and stylishly dry on the finish.

3 RED WINE Syrah Lazio Sìroe, Fontana Candida, Well structured, showing Syrah s hedgerow fruit character ahead of a smooth finish. Spends eight months in French oak and shows soft cherry-fruit, liquorice and white pepper notes. Don Jacobo Rioja Crianza Tinto, Bodegas Corral, Abundant bright raspberry aromas mingle with sumptuous cherries and layered with a creamy baroque character. A traditional red Rioja very much in Bodegas Corral s style, matured for a minimum of 12 months in oak followed by at least a year in bottle before release. 90% Tempranillo with small additions of the traditional Ganache and Mazuelo varieties. Portillo Pinot Noir, Temporarily withdrawn Light crimson subtle notes of spice on the nose. Well balanced and an elegant finish Enjoy with grilled meats, and fresh salmon Flagstone Longitude Cabernet Shiraz Malbec, South A bright flavour of plums and berries combined with the subtle tannins makes this a smooth wine on the palate. It finishes with unexpected power and an explosion of chocolate lingers. Errázuriz 1870 Teno Block Merlot, Curicó Valley, Deep purple offering from one of the more southerly Chilean valleys has a real vitality: bright red raspberry and cherry flavours, with light menthol and herbaceous notes on the palate and really good tannic grip. Fleurie Château de Bellevue, E. Loron et Fils, Lighter fruity red form a family domain in a cru sometimes called Queen of Beaujolais. Lively and fresh with flavours of warm summer berry pudding. The wine is bright, fresh and with delicious strawberry aromas. House Selection - Rare Vineyards Malbec, Pays d Oc, Having achieved fame in Argentina, Malbec returns home. Lovely violet aromas, warming solid fruit flavours and a splash of spiced oak. Ravenswood Old Vine Zinfandel, Lodi County, Bursting with concentrated sweet blueberry, plums and spice aromas. Bright and fruity with soft, warming ripe roundness and well balanced acidity, filled with vanilla and toasted spices that linger on the finish. (Ideal with Duck, Lamb or Cheese Platters)

4 Crozes Hermitage, La Tuilière, Jean-Luc Colombo, Syrah grapes are hand-harvested from the steep slopes of the northern Rhine. The aroma of French Syrah - inky red-fruit and blackcurrant aromas, supported by warming spicy notes. This wine has a long maturation in oak barrels and then large oak vats to give it a smoothness that is very appealing. Baron de Brane, Margaux, It is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot being slightly dominant. On the nose classic currant and plum fruit greet you mingled with toasty oak notes. On the palate the wine is intense velvety and lush with a wonderful texture and suppleness. Ripe fruit is married well to hints of sweet oaky vanilla and faint toffee notes. This wine is a perfect companion to a special meal with roast meats and rich cream based sauces. ROSÉ WINE House Selection: Rare Vineyards Cinsault Vieilles Vignes Rosé, Pays d Oc, Harvested in the cool of the morning and cool fermented then bottled early to capture all the fresh summer fruit flavours. Made from 100% old vine Cinsault and shows notes of raspberry and cherry on a refreshing palate. Parini Pinot Grigio Rosé delle Venezie, Soft, copper-pink rosé with a delicate and fruity bouquet, soft and fresh on the palate. SWEET AND PORT WINES Château du Seuil, Cérons Rich, luscious and sweet dessert wine whose apricot sweetness and honeyed bouquet is balanced by fresh citrus. Situated right on the banks of the Garonne this vineyard is dominated by one of the most elegant Chateaus in the Graves region, and has an ensured organic production - exceptional quality for the price. Errázuriz Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley A pretty yellow-gold colour leads off this fine, gently sweet wine. Passion fruit, guava, red grapefruit and kiwi are the principal aromas here. Medium bodied, fresh and fruity, this Sauvignon Blanc is medium dry to medium in sweetness, without being cloying, and culminates in a lingering finish. Dow's Fine Ruby, Portugal@ Deep and lively Ruby colour. The wine is full-bodied and has very appealing red fruit driven aromas. On the palate, fresh and youthful with raspberry and cherry flavours, combined with a long and intense finish. Ideal paired with Blue Cheese, Chocolate, Walnuts.

5 Graham's LBV, Single vintage with attractive liquorice and floral aromas, and fresh blackberry flavours. It also, like the Six Grapes, has hints of the native Gum Cistus plant, which grows around the vineyards in the Douro, imparting very subtle aromas of mint to the wine. Its rich concentration of ripe fruit is balanced by the added complexity of spices, all held together by superb structure and balance. Graham's 10 Year Old Tawny Port After a decade of care and slow oak-maturation this wine is a wonderful example of the complex flavours of Tawny Port. This is a Port wine for those who appreciate quality in every detail. Complex nutty aromas, combined with hints of honey and figs. The perfect match with almond flavours or sweet desserts, such as apple pie with cinnamon. CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINE Fantinel One & Only Single Vineyard Prosecco Brut, Vintage and single-vineyard, from the Grave del Friuli area. The low yield per hectare and the exclusive quality of the grapes characterises this limited edition wine, conceived for the most sophisticated palates. Bouché Père et Fils Cuvée Reservée Brut, Family passion takes all three grapes south of Epernay and results in bubbles of baked apple deliciousness. Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, France@ Perhaps the best known Champagne, the Brut Imperial from Moët embodies their house style: crisp and clean this classic Champagne shows citrus aromas and hints of biscuity flavours. Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut, The harmonious blending with the older reserve wines yields these most loved floral aromas and subtle biscuit, creamy complexity. Moët & Chandon Rosé, Impérial, Salmon pink in colour, this has a wonderful fresh, floral style with summer strawberry flavours.
