WELSH WINES We are pleased to introduce this Welsh wine from the Glyndwr Vineyard. Glyndwr Vineyard is the oldest established and family run vineyard in Wales. Planted by Richard and Susan Norris in 1982, the estate grows the vines on gently south-east facing slopes in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan. The vines are grown on the traditional double Guyot system GLYNDWR SPARKLING This lovely sparkling wine is made in the traditional method methode champenoise and aged for a further four years. It is a Brut, made exclusively from Seyval blanc grapes GLYNDWR MEDIUM DRY, WALES A light, floral, fruity, medium-dry white with good fresh fruit character and hints of citrus apple on the palate. SPAIN CAL Y CANTO, VIURA, VERDEJOZ, TIERRA DE CASTILLA LA MANCHA This wine has a seductive nose of white peach, apricot and hints of lime blossom. On the palate flavors of lime, lemon, peach and minerals dominate this lively, crisp white wine.

3 AUSTRALIA THE ACCOMPLICE SEMILLON, SAUVIGNON BLANC, RIVERINA Tropical fruits of passionfruit and pineapple and a hint of fresh cut grass. Upfront zesty palate of lime and lemon which rounds slightly for passionfruit and topical notes on the lengthy finish PINOT GRIGIO, BONAVITA, SOUTH EAST AUSTRALIA Shows peach and citrus fruit on a palate that is just off-dry, the fresh finish is bolstered by some richness. NEW ZEALAND OCEAN FRONT SAUVIGNON BLANC, EAST COAST This Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, crisp dry white. It shows delicious flavours of gooseberry and ripe lemons, with a lingering mineral finish and fine acidity. SOUTH AFRICA HAZY VIEW CHENIN BLANC, WESTERN CAPE Appealing medium straw colour. The nose is fresh and aromatic with forthcoming peachy flavours. Crisp acidity on the palate. Finishes on a long fruity note. CHILE VIÑA EDMARA VIOGNIER, CENTRAL VALLEY This Viognier is fruity, fresh, and well balanced. On the nose there are lots of ripe apricot, pineapple, peach and floral hints. On the palate it is very aromatic with soft texture. Deep and gentle with a soft refreshing finish LOS PICOS, SAUVIGNON BLANC RESERVA, VALLE CENTRAL This crisp fresh wine is bursting with apple and citrus fruit flavours and a hint of melon. A fresh, balanced wine with good acidity VILLARRICA CHARDONNAY, MAULE VALLEY Strong tropical fruit flavours with pineapple, mango and banana aromas. In the mouth it is full bodied, fresh and full of fruit. Highlighted by great persistence and an excellent balance.

The palate is pleasant with a generous attack and silky tannins TERRE DU SOLEIL MERLOT, I.G.P. PAYS D OC A deliciously soft and fruity wine with flavours of plums and blackcurrants and soft, rounded tannins LIRAC DOMAINE DES CIGALOUNES Domaine des Cigalounes is located on the opposite bank of the Rhône from Chateauneuf du Pape. Attractive deep red. Aromatic and smooth with notes of fruit and spices. A soft and full wine with an extremely silky-textured finish PINOT NOIR, RARE VINEYARDS, V.D.F About 30 % of the wine is oak aged. The smooth velvety palate shows cherry and blueberry flavours backed with a hint of sweet oak spice. SPAIN MARQUES DE ULIA RIOJA CRIANZA This traditional Rioja matured for a minimum of 12 month in oak has a distinctive and appealing character with a warm fruity bouquet and light oak flavours highlighted by nicely ripened tannins ARIUM CRIANZA, VALDEPEÑAS, FELIX SOLIS Similar to a modern Rioja, where the fruit flavours shine through spicy notes of oak.delicious black and red berry fruit from the Tempranillo grapes is backed by a creamy oak finish CAMPO NUEVO, TEMPRANILLO, D.O. NAVARRA Aromas of red fruits and raspberries with a hint of truffle lead to a good bodied palate showing well balanced acidity, good structure and a long finish. ITALY CHIANTI RISERVA BONACCHI The wine has vibrant and generous aromas reminiscent of violets and cherries and a well balanced palate. Positioned between a traditional rustic Chianti and a modern fruit-led style of wine. AUSTRALIA SADDLE CREEK SHIRAZ CABERNET Intense berry fruit character and appealing oak overtones with a mellow, lingering finish DIAMOND VALLEY, CABERNET MERLOT, YARRA VALLEY The nose has fine spicy, white pepper aromatics, with raspberry and darker blackberry fruit underneath. Subtle toasty vanilla-bean oak characters are fully integrated with some more complex leathery earthy notes. The palate is bright with berry fruits complex pepper and spice characters and a fine tannin finish.

5 UNITED STATES CABERNET SAUVIGNON, VENDANGE, CALIFORNIA This wine boasts rich aromas of black fruit and spice on the nose. Rich and full flavored, the finish is bold with a touch of oak. CHILE VILLARRICA CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MAULE VALLEY This wine has a typical cabernet nose with black cherries and ripe dark berries mixed with sweet notes of chocolate and mocha. The palate is well balanced and full with a soft velvety texture, supported by soft and elegant tannins and a long lingering finish DE GRAS MERLOT, VALLE CENTRAL A deep ruby wine with an intense plummy nose and a little cedar from the oak.fullish-bodied with plenty of red berry and blackcurrant character. Well structured with soft tannins and good depth of flavour PINOT NOIR, VIÑA EDMARA, VALLE CENTRAL Cherry and plum on the nose lead on to a medium bodied, juicy, fruity palate packed with sweet plum and bitter cherry fruit plus touches of spice. This wine has a soft and velvety texture, smooth tannins and an elegant aftertaste. ARGENTINA MICHEL TORINO COLECCION MALBEC, CALCHAQUI VALLEY This Malbec has distinct plum aromas that are enhanced by oaky notes. This wine has generous spicy and fruity flavours, good body and well integrated soft tannins that give a round finish. The nose is intensely aromatic with a presence of plums, cherries and cassis SOUTH AFRICA HAZY VIEW PINOTAGE, WESTERN CAPE This Pinotage is full of ripe, brambly fruit through to a lively finish.
