3 First login Access for client. Please select this option and request your first password. With this option, you can also request new password in case of lost or forgotten password. Slide 3 I

4 First login Enter your username. Confirm your password request. Your password will be sent to your address. Then you can login on the login page. Slide 4 I

5 First login Password change After first login, you will be automatically asked to change your password. You can also change your password in Settings. Slide 5 I

6 Homepage Home Tap this button to see basic info (as shown on picture). Log-out Choose the account. Slide 6 I

7 Portfolio Choose the account. Take a look at actual holdings on the accounts. Menu Portfolio Touch the graphs to display more information. Slide 7 I

8 Trades Check latest operations. Menu Trades Choose the account. Under Funds menu you will find detailed breakdown of funds subscribed. Choose this option when investing in model portfolios. Slide 8 I

9 Performance Take a look at actual performance. Choose the account. Menu Performance Set up period. Assets Comparison of investment and securities market value. Performance Standard performance of the portfolio held on chosen account (adjusted for subscriptions and redemptions impact) performance in %. Slide 9 I

11 How can I log-in? Access to MyPioneer is allowed to all clients with registered address. Please contact your personal banker or financial advisor for more information. Slide 11 I

12 What is my username and how can I change it? Your default username is identical with your registered address. Should you experience any problems with fist login, please contact your personal banker, financial advisor. You can change your username in Settings > Login change. ATTENTION: Username and are two separate entries. Change of username does not imply change and visa versa. Slide 12 I

13 How can I change my address? You can change your registered address in Settings > change. ATTENTION: Username and are two separate entries. Change of username does not imply change and visa versa. Registered address is used for password delivery and for account statement delivery (menu Send statement). Slide 13 I

14 When will be my investment displayed? Your investment will be displayed at its trade date in Trades. After your investment is settled other data will be updated portfolio and aggregated data. Aggregated data after settlement Trades at trade date Slide 14 I

Trades in MyPioneer are adjusted for commission and/or rounding difference resulting from the process of buying/selling units. Rounding differences are reported with commission as one number. You may check your investment using Send statement option. Slide 15 I

16 Sum of portfolio is different from numbers displayed on homepage. How is it possible? Total asset value is based on aggregated data available at date stipulated on homepage. Aggregated data are updated during the night. Aggregated data (same as on homepage) Units NAV in portfolio overview is based on online data. Online data may be updated before the aggregated data are updated. This is the cause of any difference. Online data are faster than aggregated data Slide 16 I

17 When do you upload monthly performance data? Performance > List Monthly performance data are uploaded once a month usually after 15th day of next month. Performance data for last month are therefore not available in the first half of following month. 18 Who is nominee distributor? The application displays data of securities accounts registered by the Company only. Data of other linked securities accounts registers especially registers of so called nominee distributors (eg. banks or brokers) are not displayed in the application. Such situation may occur when you buy units of Pioneer Investments mutual funds directly from bank or broker. In this case, units are registered by such nominee distributor, therefore they can t be displayed in MyPioneer. Nominee distributor informs you about your investment (e.g. internet banking). 19 Supported web browsers MyPioneer is optimized for new generation mobile devices, e.g. smart phones and tablets (with operating system Android 2.1 or higher and ios). Application is also optimized for majority of common desktop internet browsers.
