This turn-key approach benefits the owner through a unified design-construction team working together on his behalf, with single-source responsibility for the entire project. From initial conceptual drawings, budgets, permits and working drawings to the actual construction, procurement and final walk-through, GMK s Interior Design-Build team uses specialists to their highest and best use. This affords a more efficient project delivery system by reducing time, risks, redundancies in fees, administrative costs and contingencies. In addition, project objectives are developed simultaneously with the design and financial comparisons necessary to support facility decisions.
