3 A Sample of Our Offerings: BUUNNI BLENDS Buunni Espresso will please even the most discerning of tastes of espresso-loving customers. Addis Ababa blend, nostalgically named after our former home town, is smooth, delicious, and easy-to-drink. Its a single-origin blend from the Yirgacheffe and Harrar growing region, one roasted light, and one dark for a black and tan effect. Café Buunni blend is what we serve at Café Buunni and makes a smooth, bold brew, suited to both hot brewed coffee as well as cold brew. BUUNNI HARRAR Hailing from the historic and colorful Harrar area in the east of Ethiopia, our Fair-trade Organic Harrar coffee has been described as caramel and strawberry. A versatile coffee, roasting light brings out more of its fruity tones and a darker roast brings out a fullerbodied mocha, chocolate and spice taste. Try some of each roast and decide which you prefer. Available in Dark and Light roasts. BUUNNI SIDAMA NATURAL This is a Sidama coffee that has been sun-dried; otherwise known as natural process. This process is increasing in popularity in recent years and is an authentic and environmentally sound method. Try it and tell us what you think. Can you taste the difference? WATER DECAF SIDAMA We call it Sidama for the region it comes from, also known as Sidamo coffee, this water decaf is flavorful and tastes of milk chocolate and almonds. What s not to like? A lighter roast brings out more fruit and a darker roast brings out the body and a fuller chocolate taste. BUUNNI YIRGACHEFFE Yirgacheffe is one of the most famous of Ethiopia s coffees, and is grown around a place of the same name, in Southern Ethiopia. The region is known for its lush, richly soiled rolling highlands. With cinnamon and strawberry undertones, Yirgacheffe coffee is known for its thick and rich body, winy acidity and an intense floral, earthy aroma. Available in Dark and Light roasts. We can also create custom blends for our wholesale customers. Most coffee in Ethiopia is grown using natural, organic, labor-intensive methods. Small farmers particlipate in coops and Buunni coffee carefully reviews the coffees and the co-ops before purchasing the highest quality certified Fair-trade, organic, and full-flavored Arabica beans for your consumption.

4 How Does Buunni Work? Roasting in small quantities gives us fine-tuned control over the exact type of roast we want to achieve. Our special technique preserves and accentuates the true, bold, and mouth-filling tastes of our coffees. To perfect our fresh taste, Buunni Coffee micro-roasts all beans to order. After a brief post-roast breathing period, we deliver your coffee at its peak for its most optimal taste. Our services include training sessions for restaurant and café employees who will either sell our pre-packaged coffee and espresso or prepare specialty Buunni beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, or the Ethiopian Macchiato. Training also includes education on the seasonal and regional variations of our products.
