3 manhattan developer builds brand value Rockrose is one of Manhattans oldest and most respected luxury real estate management and development companies with an extensive portfolio of residential, commercial and retail properties. One of their biggest challenges lies in leasing new properties before they are physically completed. silver helped them to meet that challenge by developing a unique brand experience for each property designed to leverage the architecture, interior design & unique local flavor of the neighborhoods they were in. We then implemented an integrated promotion strategy involving a variety of marketing initiatives including sales materials, leasing offices, websites, interactive campaigns, print advertising and more. results our early projects with Rockrose set a new standard for leasing rates, often reaching 70 90% within six months after opening. 6 marine services firm sets sail for global presence Soundtanker Chartering is a global ship brokerage and marine consulting firm specializing in the transportation of liquid chemicals, petroleum products, edible oils and renewable fuels. When we first met them, Soundtanker was a business that was so focused on their clients that they never had much time to invest in marketing themselves properly. Their existing business was flourishing, but the company itself lacked the sophisticated branding and professional marketing materials that would give them the credibility needed to land accounts outside of their existing relationships. results We started by designing a corporate identity system designed to position them as players in the maritime chartering industry. Then we extended their new brand across all of their sales and marketing support materials. The revitalization culminated in a state-ofthe-art website chock full of helpful, relevant content that solidified their position as industry leading experts. Soundtanker has grown significantly since the rebranding, expanding their corporate HQ and also opening a satellite office in Houston, TX.

18 fortune 1000 delivers on brand promise United Rentals is the largest equipment rental company in the world, with an integrated network of more than 550 rental locations in 48 states and 10 Canadian provinces. silver was hired to help them launch a new Rental Protection Program providing posters, displays, brochures, flyers and other assorted sales materials to promote the program and increase sales. We were also in charge of providing new marketing materials for every new store opening nationwide. results The program was launched successfully throughout the company and is still an important part of their services today. silver has worked with United Rentals on over 300 projects over the years, helping them to ensure brand consistency and effectively market their products and services.
