1 Page 1 Yellow List of Charges 1. Introduction The Yellow pages, White pages and Yellow Local print listing and Yellow.co.nz website prices are available below. Not all of Yellow (YPG) print or online advertising (ad) options e.g. adding logos in White pages, some Typeset, Typeset and Display print ad prices as well as online banner and tile ads are included in this list. Where a particular product or ad option is not included below please contact Yellow. The listing of an ad option in this List of Charges does not mean that the ad option will be available to a particular customer at any particular time or place. Additionally, the List of Charges may be subject to discounts or special terms for certain customers or groups of customers, or for particular periods of time. Please contact Yellow or your Sales Representative to confirm the price and availability of any particular product or ad option. The ad options included in this price list are subject to our Terms of Business. Amendments to the Yellow List of Charges are issued on the effective date of the price change and are dated accordingly. The amended pages will be available on the internet as soon as possible after the issue date. Book deadlines, distribution dates and circulation quantities are available here. 2. Free Listing Eligibility (FLE) 2.1 Residential Customers If you are a Residential Customer and have a fixed phone line contract with a telephone company you are entitled to one standard listing per premise at no additional charge in the: White pages

2 White pages Online Page 2 If the customer is based within a Yellow Local region they are also eligible for a standard listing per premise in the Local Telephone Pages of the Yellow Local book. A standard listing appears in standard type and is made up of: 1. A Listed Name 2. A Landline Telephone Number 3. A Listed Address, which can either be Physical address or a PO Box number. Please note with Names: Titles, such as Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Junior, Sn. are optional. For a standard listing there can be one title per person. Any additional title will be chargeable. Honours/Qualifications such as Dr are optional. For a standard listing Free Listing there can only be up to two specified. Any additional entries will be chargeable. Please note with Telephone Numbers: In the White pages the listing of any number other than the first appearance of a landline is considered an extra entry and will incur a charge Please note with Listed Addresses: Residential customers can choose to have a partial address e.g. list their Suburb only. However substitution or inclusion of additional contact details or information is considered an extra entry and will incur a charge. 2.2 Business Customers A Business Customer with a landline is eligible for one free standard listing per premise (FLE) in the: White pages Yellow pages White pages Online Yellow Online If the customer is based within a Yellow Local region they are also eligible for one free standard listing per premise (FLE) in the Local Telephone Pages and Local A Z Classified Pages of the Yellow Local book. A standard listing appears in standard type and is made up of: 1. A Listed Name 2. A Landline Telephone Number

3 3. A Listed Address, which can either be Physical address or a PO Box number Please note with Names: Titles, such as Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms, Junior, Sn. are optional. A business name may advertise under their recognised trading name, i.e. the name they are commonly known by not their legal name (if they are different) Please note with Telephone Numbers: In the White pages and Yellow pages the listing of any number other than the first appearance of a landline is considered an extra entry and will incur a charge In the Yellow Local book business customers can substitute a Landline telephone number with a mobile or 0800 number. Page 3 Please note with Listed Addresses Businesses can exclude their address altogether however substitution or inclusion of additional contact details or information is considered an extra entry and will incur a charge. 3. Extra Entry Information 3.1 Extra Entry Any information published in addition to a standard listing constitutes an extra entry. For example: Second and further appearance of Landline Telephone Number Non landline numbers such as Call Free number or word numbers, mobile phone numbers Website or addresses Fax numbers 3.2. Cross References A cross reference (CR) is a listing that typically points to a Customer s primary listing which may appear in a different directory in the same region (i.e. referring from White pages to the Yellow pages or to a Yellow Local book). It may also refer to another classification in the same Yellow pages book. It can also direct the user to an alternative name in the same classification or in the same White pages directory.

4 A cross reference is not part of the free standard listing (FLE) per premise and will incur a charge. These charges are listed separately in the rate cards. Extra text is chargeable. Example: Bloggs B Ltd Phone All Hours 123 Anywhere Pl Business Description A Business Description can be up to 30 characters long and is chargeable. If it contains more than 30 characters, some words will be abbreviated. Customers are not permitted to list under a Business Description in place of their business name. A Business Description must always appear after the Customer s business name, never in front of it. Business descriptions are only available in the White pages and Yellow Local Telephone Pages. Multi colour options refer to more than two colours. 4.1 Residential Customers: An extra entry as outlined above costs $23.92 including GST in the White pages and Yellow Local book. 4.2 Business Customers: 1. 10 Yellow.co.nz List of Charges Page 10 Definitions Definitions of Terms used in the List of Charges Bronze Listing Silver Listing Gold Listing Price $30 $60 $110 FLE Listing Business customer Residential customer Business description PO Box Free Listing Eligibility is offered as a bundle. It appears in standard type and consists of the Listed name, Landline Telephone Number and address. Customer entry in the directory, which is not a Typeset or a Display Advertisement. A separate Customer carrying on business as sole trader, partnership, company. It can be a franchise/professional group/association if represented by a legal entity capable of contracting. A separate Customer with a Landline Telephone Number, represented by one bill-payer per household. A Business Description can be up to 30 characters long and is chargeable. If it contains more than 30 characters, some words will be abbreviated. PO Box numbers may be substituted free of charge for a physical address. If a postal address is used in addition to any of the free address details, it becomes chargeable.
