4 Scenario 1 Imagine the person you knocked is unconscious on the road but you don t feel safe stopping to help due to the location of the accident. Is it against the law to drive straight to the nearest police station to make a report on the accident and not stop to assist? Does the 24-hour rule apply here, meaning can you make the report of the accident in 24 hours and not immediately?

Scenario 2 If your car is knocked by another car driven by someone who is intoxicated, can you insist that he follows you immediately to the police station to make a report? How can you prove that he was intoxicated at the point of accident?

6 Scenario 3 If you knock the car in front of you subsequent to you being knocked from behind, are you at fault? Do you need to pay the fine when making the police report? Can you refuse to pay the fine insisting that it was not your fault?
