If yu will nt be able t slve the prblem, yu can use Datalab s remte desktp supprt service t directly cnnect t the custmer s system and investigate the issue first hand, withut firewall recnfiguratin r installatin f sftware at the user s end. There are tw types f Datalab Develper partners - Develper and Gld Develper partner. The benefits fr ur Develper partners are: Technical benefits: technical infrmatin, free PANTHEON licenses, supprt, Sales benefits: use f ur sales channel, license management, Marketing benefits: discunts n Datalab marketing services, listing in slutins catalgue, Slutins database and DL sales channel All types f DEV partners can list their slutins in the slutins database; this database is visible t PANTHEON users and SIS partners and will enable simple trial and purchase f listed slutins. If a sale is made using the Datalab channel, Datalab will charge a percentage f the license fee. PANTHEON usage and supprt Datalab Develper partners are allwed t use PANTHEON nly fr develpment purpses. Datalab Certified develper members may use PANTHEON t run their cmpany.
