5 Exhibitor fees for 3 day workshops: EUR 2.000,00 One 3-metre (linear) draped table Workshop lunches and refreshments Welcome cocktail 1 delegate Terms and conditions: 1. The IB Africa, Europe, Middle East (IBAEM) office will review exhibitor requests and give a positive or negative response within 2 weeks of reception of this document. 2. Upon acceptance, the exhibitor will be advised and receive a hyperlink which will enable him/her to formally register through the IB registration system (REGIS) for each specific event. 3. IBAEM reserves the right to cancel an event or terminate the contract for any reason at any time by a written notice to the exhibitor. Upon cancellation or termination by IBAEM the latter shall refund the fees paid by the exhibitor ( exclusive of bank costs and charges) 4. In the event the exhibitor wishes to cancel the contracted exhibition space, the exhibitor must /fax written notice of cancellation to IBAEM. The latter will issue a refund minus a CHF 200 administrative charge for cancellations. 5. IBAEM reserves the right to refuse permission to exhibit if the product/s promoted by the exhibitor contradict the IB philosophy or compete with products offered by the IB. Special rates: 1. Exhibitors who register for more than one event over the event period will be entitled to a 50% reduction in the fees for the subsequent event/s (.e.g. 3 events booked = 2 paid) 2. EUR 485 per extra delegate will be charged to cover the costs of lunches, refreshments etc. 5/6

6 IB Safety Policy: Neither the IB nor its directors, officers or agents are responsible or liable for the safety and property of exhibitors or their companions during workshops nor any excursions related thereto. Travelling to and from the workshop venue shall take place under the exhibitor s sole responsibility. Exhibitors are advised to seek information on potential health and security risks incurred by themselves or their companions at workshops and to secure adequate insurance coverage. Swiss law shall govern any legal issues relating to the enrolment and participation in workshops. Any disputes arising with respect to or in connection with the enrolment and participation in the workshops shall be finally settled by one arbitrator in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Geneva Data Protection Participant and school information is subject to data protection laws and shall therefore not be communicated. What happens next? Once the exhibitor has registered online, detailed information about payment and the venue will be sent by the Professional Development team to enable timely dispatch of materials and setting up of the stand on the morning of Day 1 of the event. Travel, visa and accommodation arrangements will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. 6/6
