As a Plexus Ambassador, you now have the opportunity to purchase your product at wholesale for yourself (what we call a Personal Use Ambassador), or if you choose, to build a business that can be as profitable as you have time for! Most Plexus Ambassadors started out joining to be able to purchase the products at the lowest possible price, but soon found that so many people were asking them How did you lose the weight? that they quickly began to realize these products sell themselves, and they could earn a nice little side income without a lot of effort. This booklet is here to help you get the most from Plexus, whether you are a Personal Use Ambassador or a Business Building Ambassador. Take a few moments to skim through the booklet. If you re just starting out and only plan to use the products yourself, much of what is in here will not be needed. But if you decide one day to pursue the business side, you ll find all the information needed to help you. If there is ever anything you don t understand or need help with, don t hesitate to contact your Sponsoring Ambassador! Take a moment now to jot down their contact information in the spaces above so that you have it when you need it. If they don t know the answer, they will contact their Sponsor and find the answer. If you ever have a problem with your order or need to return something, the Plexus Customer Service department is there for you. Their contact information can be found on Page 2 of this booklet. Welcome once again to Plexus! 1 How to Use Facebook to Grow Your Business Many Plexus Ambassadors have grown large, successful Plexus businesses, reaching Emerald level, by ONLY using Facebook! The first step is to clean up your Facebook page. Delete posts that are inappropriate. Would you want potential customers seeing a certain post? Next, post a Before and Now picture and explain that you are using the products and these are your results so far. Add your website and ambassador number to the post and you d be surprised how many people order just from that! Be consistent and try to post a Before/Now picture regularly, such as on the first of the month, to let your friends know how you re doing with it. People are watching. Sometimes they may not order right away, but eventually, when they see that you are successful, their curiosity gets the best of them! Post company specials, coupons, and testimonials from other Plexus customers. You can find quite a few by joining some of these groups: Ads & Graphics: Plexus Promotional Products: Slim/Accelerator Testimonials: Fast Relief Testimonials: Plexus 96 Testimonials: Plexus Fusion: ProBio5 Testimonials: Breast Cream Testimonials: Participate regularly in the groups. They re great for motivation! You can also create a separate business page for your Plexus Slim business where you can post testimonials, product information and specials. Find local buy/sell Facebook groups and post your Before/Now picture, website and a small blurb about Plexus. Look to see if another ambassador has posted before... If they have, then do the right thing and just find another group but stick to your local area as big an area as you d be willing to drive to deliver product. There are literally hundreds of these groups. Search for example: buy (replace with your city/county name) or garage sale. Be sure to follow the group rules. 22

Getting Started If you haven t done so already, here is a list of things you should do to get started: Enroll as a Plexus Ambassador Order your Welcome Pack Contact your Sponsor and let them know if you plan to work the business so he/she can help you. How to Log-In To Your Back-Office As a Plexus Ambassador, you will order your products in your Back- Office. To get to your back-office, go to your website and click on the Ambassador Login link in the top right-hand corner. A page with two login boxes will appear. Enter your Ambassador Number and Password. You will then see your Dashboard. This will display company announcements, contests, as well as Customer Service contact information. You ll find a number of tabs across the top of the Back-Office: Other Resources: Sheila Medina Presentation DVD: Not confident enough to do your own presentation? Use this tool! Sheila Medina, Sapphire Ambassador in Plexus, filmed this quick overview of the products and business opportunity. At only 15 minutes in length, it is perfect for one-on-one personal presentations. Plexus Meeting with Co-Developers Dave Brown and Boyd Wathen DVD: This DVD was filmed at a corporate-sponsored meeting in April, 2012 led by Ronnie and Patti Cuevas, and Sapphire ambassador Sheila Medina, and contains Plexus product and business testimonials, product and business overviews, as well as a fantastic presentation by Plexus Slim Co-Developer Dave Brown on how he developed Plexus Slim and how it works. It s perfect for large meetings at 45 minutes in length. You won t want to miss the weekly company Opportunity Call! On Wednesday nights, dial , access code at 6pm Pacific time, which is 8pm Central time, and 9pm Eastern time. The company gives a product overview and has special guests for product testimonials. They then go into the business overview and a business testimonial, as well as information on company-sponsored contests and events and business tips. It s a great way to introduce your invited guests to the products and business side of the company. 2

4 How to Place a Wholesale Order Whether you are a Personal Use Ambassador or Business Building Ambassador, you will order your products wholesale from your Back- Office. Login to your website with your ambassador number and password, then click on the Shopping tab, then click on New Order. Add the products that you d like to your cart, then pay for your invoice. To find the TRACKING NUMBER for your order, click on the Reports tab, click on Orders Report, then click on the Order Number in the lefthand column. You will find your tracking number at the bottom of the next page. As an Ambassador, you can order products at wholesale, then sell them out of your stock on hand for retail price, keeping the markup. You will not earn any commissions on the product in the form of commission checks from the company unless you set up a Back-Up order. The Back Up Order is not mandatory UNLESS you wish to receive checks. It is set up to protect you as an Ambassador. It s sole purpose is to ensure that you are positioned to receive compensation for sales or bonuses. How to Set up Your Back-Up Order When you are ready to begin receiving commission checks from the company, you will need to have a Back-Up Order in place to be commission-qualified. Click on the Shopping tab, then on Back Up Order, then click on the box that says Create New AutoQualification Order. There are several pre-packaged ones to choose from, or you can create your own. You can change the default date that your Back Up Order is shipped, from the default 25th of the month, to the 28th, to give yourself a few extra days to get your PV in. Go to your Back Office, click on the Shopping tab and then the Back Up Order. Click the Edit button, then click Continue. Change the date to the 28th then change Conditional to Yes and click Continue. Click on Update and you re now in business! 13. Educate, Don t Sell 18 Steps to Success (cont.) People don t want you to sell them on doing something they want you to provide them with the information that they need so they can feel in control and make their decision. When talking about the Plexus products, don t drown people with information. They want to know the products work give them that assurance. 14. Build Relationships If you want a rock solid business that will last, build relationships with the people in your organization. Some ways to do that: Find out their WHY and work with them to achieve it; set up in-home events with them; call them to see if they need help don t wait for them to call you; invite them for coffee and discuss their goals and make a plan to achieve them. 15. Work with a Partner, Group or Both Although each Ambassador is responsible for building their own organization, experience has shown us that when you work with a partner or a small group, it is more effective. A partner or group can share meetings and practice presentations together, come up with solutions for problems you might not have realized on your own, and just helps make the business fun and exciting! 16. Ask People for Referrals People love to help, so ask for it. One of the simplest ways to get their help is to ask this question: Who do you know... and be specific! Ask Who do you know at your church that would like to lose weight without having to go on a diet or work out at a gym? instead of Do you someone who would be interested in these products? 17. Volunteer Your Services Take advantage of every opportunity to help your team and offer your services. Help them out at meetings there are several little jobs that make for a better meeting, such as signing people in, giving out name tags, arranging chairs, etc. so that the burden is not all on the team leader every time! 18. Don t Ignore Your Family and Friends Keep Your Life in Balance When you first start building your business, you may find your life getting out of balance. You are so excited about building your business, you begin neglecting your family or friends. That s okay for a month or so, but eventually you need to make an effort to spend more time with them. One way to do that is to use a Daily Planner and SCHEDULE your time for God, church, family, friends, exercise, etc. Don t let anything interfere with those scheduled times. This will keep your life in balance and you ll be much happier when your business is a success! 3 20

5 7. Gather Testimonials. 18 Steps to Success (cont.) When you hear a great testimonial, grab it and make it yours. Interview the person, take notes, take pictures, get their contact information and get permission to tell their story. Even if you have a great personal testimonial, it pays to gather others. Some ways you can gather testimonials: Facebook, In-home presentations, Wednesday night Opportunity calls. 8. Self-Promote. If you are trying to build a Plexus business, let people KNOW that you are. There are many ideas for you to self-promote. One sure way is to always have business cards with you. Some other ways are: Post on your Facebook page a few days a week, wear a button or a Plexus T-shirt when you re out shopping, Plexus magnetic signs on your car, yard signs, car business card caddy on the window of your car. What are some other ways that you can think of? 9. Go when the Business is Easy. Building a Plexus business can be easy or difficult. The choice is yours. The business is relatively easy to do when there s activity going on in your area. But what if you re in an area where Plexus is not known? First start with friends and family who know you and trust you. Once they re excited about the products and the business, they will introduce you to others, and go from there. 10. Go for the Easy Business. You only have a limited amount of time each week to build your business. Don t waste time working with people who present a challenge. If you run across a slender person who is out of work and lives a hundred miles away from your home, they are going to be a challenge. List 3 things that would classify someone as Easy Business: they need to lose weight, they re in your own area, and they are within your Circle of Influence (friends and family). Do in-home weight loss events and introduce it to your friends and family and get referrals from them. Remember: January-March is the easiest time to obtain weight loss customers. 11. Use the Tools. The company provides a variety of tools to help you. These tools are designed to make your business-building easy by delivering a professional presentation. If you bring a new Ambassador on board, your job is to make sure they can duplicate what you do. Remember: never ever give away the trial packs and Decision Packs. People will not value them and end up never using them. Even if they purchase them for half what you paid for them, always VALUE them and put a price on them. 12. Use All the Resources Available There is an expression that says, You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. The company and your up-line are your partners. Take advantage of all the various resources they make available to you. One of the most important resources the company provides is the Annual Convention. Make plans to attend every year! Sales 2. Diamond Pool (Everything from Emerald Pool + Sapphire Pool + 1%) 3. Profit Sharing (Pay Points) You earn points for each ambassador based on how much the company sold over-all for the month. The point value changes from month to month but is guaranteed to never be below $1.80 per point. These points are given every month the ambassador is commission-qualified, after the first month (the Business Builder s Bonus is the first month). 5 Points for Levels 1-3, 4 Points for Level 4, 3 Points for Level 5, 2 Points for Level 6, 1 Point for Level 7 4

6 Plexus Compensation Plan Simplified: For EVERY person you sponsor: You get $25 or $50 depending on which Welcome Pack they start off with. You get 5% of their sales (after 100 PV) For anyone that signs on your level 1-3 you get 5 points for 4th level= 4 points; for 5th level= 3 points, for 6th level= 2 points and for 7th level= 1 point You get points by sponsoring people and your team doing the same thing. The points average $3.50 PER point and they accumulate. You get paid on the same points each month and only lose them if someone quits or turns off their auto-qualification (backup order). When you sponsor 2 people, you get points on people on levels 1-3. When you sponsor 3 people you get points on people on levels 1-5 AND you get a $100 Bonus (Silver) When you get 100 points in your organization (all ambassadors on your levels 1-5) you get a $250 Bonus (Gold) At 250 points in your organization (all ambassadors on your levels 1-6) you get a $350 Bonus (Sr. Gold) When you ve sponsored 4 people and you have 500 points you get a $500 Bonus (Ruby) When you ve sponsored 5 people and you have 750 points in your organization (all ambassadors on your levels 1-7) you get a $750 Bonus (Sr. Ruby) When you ve sponsored 6 people and you have 1500 points you get a part of the Emerald Pool and the option to participate in the Lexus Car Program At 3,000 points you get part of the Sapphire Pool PLUS you still participate in the Emerald pool and Lexus Car Program. When you ve sponsored 7 people and you have 4,500 points you get part of the Diamond Pool PLUS the Emerald Pool, Sapphire Pool and Lexus Car Program Steps to Success For those Ambassadors who want to take their business to the next level and beyond, the company provided this training. Go through all these steps and you ll be able to raise your skill and income level! 1. Be a Product of the Product. The most powerful tool you have is your personal testimonial. You can show people clinical trials about how a particular product works, but what really moves someone to buy that product is hearing how it worked for you. Be a walking advertisement for the products you sell! 2. Get Business Cards. Fact: People who get business cards stay in the business longer than people who don t. 3 reasons for having business cards: 1. They make you look professional. 2. Business cards are an easy way to leave your contact info. 3. Business cards are a simple way to promote your business. 3. Practice Permission Marketing. Permission marketing is simply sharing the product to people who give you permission to do so. Instead of bombarding someone with your product and all its merits, simply ask someone, Can I share how this product has worked for me? They then are giving you permission to share with them, not sell to them. Permission marketing is a skill that can be easily learned. Get together with another Ambassador and practice role playing using the principles behind Permission Marketing. 4. Don t Pre-Judge People. This can work both ways. Sometimes you will meet someone who you think will be very successful as a Plexus Ambassador. You proceed as if they are anxious to sign up, only to find that they don t want to be in business for themselves. The opposite can also happen; you assume that the very reserved person who has expressed interest in the products would not be interested in trying to build a Plexus business. Then, after a month of being on the products, they phone you and say, What do I have to do to become an Ambassador like you? 5. It s Okay to Build the Business Part-Time; It s Not Okay to Build it Some Time. How many hours a week do you want to work your Plexus business? Take a few moments now and determine how many hours you can work the business each week. The more productive hours you can work the business, the faster your business will grow. But, what is more important than the number of hours you choose to work is the commitment to actually do it. Make your hours productive and you will be able to work less hours. 6. Set Goals. Make a decision about what you want to accomplish as an Ambassador. You might set a monetary goal; for others, you might want to make enough money to purchase a new home; it might be that you want to pay off all your debts. The key to goal setting is attaching your WHY. Why is the goal important to you? Be specific about what you want. Take a moment and write out your goals. Where would you like to be in 90 days? 6 months? A year from now? 18

DON T take it personally when friends and family won t try the product DON T EVER give up! DON T stay in your comfort zone DON T pre-judge anyone DON T misrepresent Plexus by making false claims DON T hesitate to ask your Sponsor and up-line for help The Plexus Compensation Plan Simplified (cont.) The company only requires us to sell 100 PV per month which is very easy. Your products that you order for yourself go towards this amount. Anything that you order to sell to customers goes toward your PV, and anything that people order from your website goes towards your PV. You will see an amount that you pay when you order and you will see a PV (personal volume) amount. The PV amount is how much personal volume you get for ordering that particular product. For example, if a retail customer ordered the 30-day supply of Plexus Slim and Accelerator from your website, it would be $ for them and 105 PV. So you can see, if you just had ONE retail customer buy that in a month, you ve already met your PV for the month! Commission: If you have PV at the end of the month, you will get a 15% commission check on your PV (everything sold from your website) If you have 500+ PV you will get a 25% commission check on your PV including everything you sold from 101 PV on. Besides commission, if you stock product and sell it outright you make the difference between retail and wholesale: For example, if you buy a 30-day supply (Plexus Slim & Accelerator) from your website at $89.95, then sell it to someone at $114.95, you make $25 (PLUS the commission you receive from the company!). This only applies if you buy it at wholesale and sell it to someone at retail. The markup doesn t apply if they buy it directly from your website. If you have Preferred Customers signed up, you receive a bonus based on what they purchase PLUS the PV is added to your total! So as well as the sales commission, you also earn a bonus on certain products! When will I receive my checks? DO smile and be excited Do plan to win Dress the part DO attend all your team s local meetings and bring a guest! 17 If your auto-qualification (backup order) is set up and you sponsor (sign up) an Ambassador who buys a $199 Welcome Pack, the company sends you a check for $50 (the Business Building Bonus) on the Friday of the week following the sign up. The same goes for when someone in your team on your first 4 levels signs up someone... The company sends out a check based on what level they are when they sign up. Commission checks, Profit-Sharing Points checks, Achievement Bonus checks, etc. go out on the 15th of the following month. For example, for February s commissions, etc, the check goes out on the 15th of March. You can get your money faster if you select either Direct Deposit for your checks or have them deposited into your E-Wallet or onto your Plexus Debit Card. 6

8 Company Contests, Events, Incentives Contests The company holds many company-sponsored contests for prizes and cash. You ll receive s telling you about the contests in advance. The company also rewards ambassadors with trips, cruises, Leaders Retreats and more! Leaders Retreat in 2013 will be to Amelia Island Omni resort near Jacksonville, Florida! Emerald Ambassadors go on a yearly trip to Maui in Hawaii! Events At various times throughout the year, the company will hold Training and Opportunity Meetings throughout the country. You ll receive s telling the place, times, cost, etc. Try to attend the local meetings with a guest they always have great speakers: top company executives, creators of the products, and top Plexus Ambassadors telling you how THEY had success! The most important company event for the whole year is the Plexus Convention. In the past it s been held in June in New Orleans. Watch your s for how to register, cost, etc. Join us to represent the team and learn about new products, business building tips and ways to motivate yourself and your team! Lexus Car Program One of the most exciting company incentives is the opportunity to participate in the Plexus Lexus Car Program! Once you ve reached Emerald through Diamond level, you can choose a Lexus car and the company will pay the payment each month! Qualifying Emerald/Sapphire Lexus Options: (all Starfire Pearl) ES 350, GS 350, RX 350 Qualifying Diamond Lexus options: IS 250C Obsidian, LS 460 Obsidian, GX 460 Black Onyx The full Lexus bonus is $500 for Emerald and Sapphire Ambassadors, or $1000 (Diamond Ambassadors) each month for as long as you maintain possession of a qualifying Plexus Lexus, submit yearly proof of possession, and maintain the rank of Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond. 7 16

9 How To Use My Plexus Builder My Plexus Builder controls your company-provided websites. You actually have two different websites that you can use: one promotes the products, and the other the business opportunity. is my website for my products and is my opportunity website. When you use it automatically forwards to your opportunity website. To access My Plexus Builder, login to your Back-Office and click on the My Plexus Builder tab. At the top of the page you ll see tabs: Manage My Sites does just that you can customize what company videos are shown on the home page of each of your websites, as well as turn off/on lead capture. Lead capture brings up a page BEFORE you home page, to allow your customers to input their contact info if they like. There are defaults already set up so if you like it the way it is, don t worry about changing it. There is a tutorial for how to use it, if you d like to change anything. Contacts gathers all the customers who have visited your site and inputted their contact information in the Lead Capture page. If you have this turned off, it won t capture information. Some customers feel awkward putting their contact information in, so if you don t care for that feature, just turn it off. Prospecting allows you to customize the products or opportunity presentation shown on your website home pages, share videos, pdf files and web pages with prospects through , set up social media auto-posts, as well as giving you feedback on which customers responded to your s. Personal Volume Personal Volume or PV, is all the volume you produce from your website in a month. The company only requires us to have 100 PV per month to receive commission and bonuses, and most of the time, the product that you yourself are using will fulfill this. But the company included another way for you to fulfill your 100 PV each month any orders that come through your website by your retail and/or preferred customers counts toward your monthly PV! Remember, each month starts over on the 1st of the month. How To Sell Retail Selling retail from your website is as simple as giving friends and family your Plexus website and allowing them to order products! The company takes care of everything taking the order and payment, and then shipping the product directly to them. Everything that is purchased this way adds to your Personal Volume for the month! That s why it s so easy to be able to get your 100 PV minimum each month... Especially if you re buying your own products to use. If you have even as few as 2 retail customers purchasing the Plexus Slim and Accelerator combo, as well as yourself, you can reach the 500 PV+ point to earn 25% commission. If you re active on Facebook, you have a wonderful opportunity to sell easily. Join the Facebook group: Plexus Ads and Graphics to find lots of colorful, eye-catching Ads to copy and paste to your own Facebook page, along with your website, Ads such as these do the work FOR you! Training lets you view an overview tutorial on how to use My Plexus Builder. Tutorial gives you several tutorials on various parts of My Plexus Builder. When you have time, go through some of the tutorials to see how valuable this company resource can be! 15 8

10 The Importance of Retail Customers Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn markups on the product that they sell out of stock on hand. This means you purchase your product wholesale through your Back-Office, the product is delivered to you, and then you sell it directly to others. You earn the 15-25% commission from the company on your commission checks each month, but then you can also earn the markup from wholesale to retail when you sell to customers out of your stock. You can buy the 3-day Trial Packs in bulk to save you a little money. The Decision Pack bulk pack contains 10 Decision Packs and costs you $89.95 with 70 PV. You can then resell these for $11.95 each, giving you a little markup of $2.96 each. You can also buy the 3-day Trial Packs in bulk for 10 packs for $89.95 and 70 PV. These do not contain the DVD or cardboard pack just the bag with the 3-day samples. They will cost you $8.99 each this way. I usually buy these and offer them for $10 each with the purchase of a Decision Pack for $11.95, which gives them 6 days of the product for $ If you sell a lot of retail, it makes sense to purchase the Lucky 7 Pack or the High Roller Pack. 11 How to Use Reports How to Enroll Ambassadors There are many different reports available to Ambassadors. Login to your Back-Office and click on the Reports tab. The ones we ll mainly be concerned with are: The Customers Report lists all your retail customers who have made orders from your website, with their phone numbers and addresses in case you need to contact them. By clicking on the order to the far right hand side, you can see what their order consisted of, when they ordered it, and when it shipped. This can be exported to several different file formats for your use. The Orders Report lists all YOUR orders from your website, along with date ordered and date shipped and can also be exported. The Ambassadors Geneology Reports lists your Upline and Downline. This is a very useful tool for seeing which of your ambassadors may need to turn on their back order if it s off, if they are going to be receiving money this month. The Points Per Leg Report lists all your first-level Ambassadors. Each one of these Ambassadors is a leg in your team. It also lists how many Profit-Sharing Points you currently have in each leg. The Points Per Level Report lists all the Ambassadors who have made orders so far this month along with their level and points. The Sales by Product Report lists all the products that have sold from your website and quantity of each. A useful tool to see which products are selling the most. The Financials lets you view the most current financial reports, by week or by month. To export them to view in an Excel file, click on Excel Export, then click on Commission Detail. Make sure you allow pop-up windows in your browser. A new browser page will then come up. Click on HERE to see your report. Most of the time the Weekly Report is about a week behind so that is the most current you can find. The monthly report won t be available until the 15th of the following month (February will be available on the 15th of March). When you re ready to enroll an Ambassador (or if they are doing it themselves) go to YOUR website, click on Join Plexus. The Welcome Pack page will come up. Have them choose a Welcome Pack, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Agree after they have read the Policies and Procedures. If they are signing up as a Personal Use Ambassador (which means they ll only be buying the product wholesale when they want to) have them Continue to the next page. If they are signing up as a Business Building Ambassador and plan to earn commissions, have them choose an a Back Up Order and then click on Agree. If they re not sure which they are yet, opt with selecting the Back Up Order now. They can simply log in and turn it off themselves if they don t want the back up order. Back Up Orders are optional until they enroll their first ambassador, or have retail customers ordering from their website. An Ambassador MUST have a Back Up Order on file to receive commission and bonus checks from the company. The Back Up Order will ONLY ship if there has not been at least 100 PV ordered from the website during the month. On the next page they will need to fill in their personal information, including Name, Billing Address, at least one phone number, their SSN or EIN (if they re enrolling as a business), , password, and the wording they want used on their website. Most people just use their name, but if it s a common name, or they want to use their business name, fill that in the box under Replicated Website. Also fill in Payment Information. Plexus accepts credit/debit cards and echecks. If selecting echeck from the drop-down menu, they will input their bank account information, Bank Name, State and Driver s License Number. They will then be taken to their shopping cart to finish their order. At the conclusion, an will be sent to the they enrolled with, giving them their password, Ambassador ID Number, and website. They can then begin giving out their website to friends and family to place orders! When they are ready to make an order for themselves (wholesale) they will follow the instructions on page 3. And when they are ready to enroll other ambassadors, they will follow the directions on this page

12 How to See Your Team and Current PV How to Use E-Wallet To find what your current Personal Volume status is, as well as the rest of your team, login to your Back Office, place your mouse cursor over the Reports tab, then place your cursor over the Ambassador Geneology Reports and then select the Sponsor Downline option. Select 7 from the drop-down menu and click on Process Report. The next screen will display all of the Ambassadors on your team. On the far right-hand side you will see how much PV both you and your Ambassadors currently have. This is a handy tool when it gets close to the end of the month. If it s close to the auto-ship date and you know you won t get another retail order from a customer, then you can order something to get yourself to the 100 PV mark to keep your auto-qualification package from shipping. Sometimes all it takes is ordering a 3-day Trial Pack to get you over that mark, which you can then sell to a new customer! How to Set Up Direct Deposit If you are interested in getting paid electronically instead of waiting on a printed check, follow these instructions: Login to your Back-Office. Place your mouse cursor over the My Account tab, then click on My Profile Update. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Earnings Payment Method, select Direct Deposit from the drop-down menu and fill in all the blocks (Name on Acct, Acct #, Routing #, Bank Name, Bank State). Click on Save at the bottom of the screen. The E-Wallet is a nice tool and gives you some flexibility in your business. It allows you to set aside some of your income a special account. This account does not earn interest and shouldn t be considered a bank account. Here are some things the E-Wallet can be used for: Set aside money for income tax purposes. Many Ambassadors automatically set aside 10-20% of their commissions each month so that they have money to pay their taxes at the end of the year and don t have to worry about it. Set aside money for future contests or incentives you may offer when your team grows Set aside money for your own purchases or to pay for an autoqualification Transfer money to anyone in your downline. The money is sent to their accounts as credit and can only be used to purchase product. They cannot withdraw the money. Only YOU can be paid out money from your E-Wallet. When you decide to transfer to yourself through a commission check, understand that you will not receive any money until the 15th of the month. Once the 15th is past you will have to wait until the next month. To set up your e-wallet, login to your Back-Office, click on the E- Wallet tab. You can then transfer funds to your e-wallet from your commission, which will deposit your commissions and bonuses into this account, and usually is done the same day they are paid out by the company. In other words, the commissions and bonuses that are paid out by the company on the 15th, would go into this account ON the 15th, giving you immediate access if you d like to order product. You also have the option to transfer it to an ambassador in your downline. When you re ready to spend some of the money in your e-wallet, login to your Back-Office, click on the E-Wallet tab, and transfer money from your e-wallet, to either Commission, which will send the money in a printed check to you, or to an Order, which will use the money to purchase product from the company. 11 You decide how much you want to transfer by typing in the amount in the box and clicking Submit. If you transfer to an Ambassador, they can find their credit balance that can be used to purchase product by logging in to their Back-Office, placing the mouse cursor over the My Account tab, clicking on My Profile Update and looking at Credit Balance, which can be found on the right-hand side of the page. When they re ready to order, there will be a place for them to enter this amount in the shopping cart when they pay for their order. 12
