1 QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE TO THE BUSINESS ASPECT OF PLEXUS Business Aspect of Plexus Commissions Welcome Kits (paid out about 2 weeks after you sell a Welcome Kit) 5% Level 1 Points High Roller/Lucky 7 Rankings Spouse or Household Mbr On sales $100-$499: Earn 15% from sales on your website from Retail or Preferred customers Earn 15% commission when you order product at wholesale from your back office. On sales over $500 Earn 25% from sales on your website from Retail or Preferred customers Earn 25% commission when you order product at wholesale from your back office. The first $100 in sales goes back to Plexus. You can buy a Welcome Kit when you first sign up. if you choose not to purchase your welcome pack whenever you sign up you have 60 days to do so, but you have to call customer service to do it On Welcome Kits of $199 value o You receive $24.88 one-time bonus check o Your upline receives $12.44 o Their upline receives $6.22 On Welcome Kits of $233 value o You receive $49.95 one-time bonus check o Your upline receives $24.88 o Their upline receives $12.44 You receive 5% commission on the sales (over $100) of your Level 1 downlines. After your Ambassadors under you buy/sell over $100 per month, you receive 5 points per Ambassador. 1 Points usually = $3.50 -/+ (never lower than $1.80; but it has been at high as $3.75) Example: 5 points = $17.50; 100 points = $ When you buy a High Roller or Lucky 7 (Slim/Accel set), this does count towards your $100 per month requirement, but you do not receive 25% commission..but you do receive a $106 reimbursement. The points start over each month. Silver Level : 3 people under you= $100 bonus (1 time); paid on levels 1-5 Gold Level : 100 total points = $250 bonus (1 time); paid on levels 1-6 Senior Gold Level: 250 total points =$350 bonus (1 time); paid on levels 1-6 Ruby Level : 500 total points =$500 bonus (1 time); paid on levels 1-6 Senior Ruby Level : 750 total points =$750 bonus (1 time); paid on levels 1-7 Emerald Level share in the Emerald pool + profit sharing + Lexus; paid on levels 1-7 Sapphire Level share in the Sapphire pool + profit sharing + Lexus; paid on levels 1-7 Diamond Level share in the Diamond pool + profit sharing + Lexus; paid on levels 1-7 Plexus allows you to sign up your spouse or another 18 yr old & over household member as an Ambassador under you. This will allow you to both benefit. For instance:

2 Wife: primary ambassador Husband: secondary ambassador When the husband signs up Ambassadors under him, the wife makes $24.88 or $12.44 (see above) Welcome Kit bonuses. When the husband sells products, he will earn the 15% or 25% commission (see above), plus the wife will earn 5% on top of his 15% or 25%. Both spouses are eligible to go to the Plexus conferences together. Turn-Off CONTACT: Plexus Point System When one of your downline ambassadors turns their Auto-Qualification off their commission checks and amounts will roll up to their upline Ambassador. When you sign an ambassador under you that is the beginning of your downline. Explanation of Levels Within Your Downline Everyone you sign on directly underneath you will be on your LEVEL 1. Anyone your level 1 signs on will be your LEVEL 2. Anyone your level 2 signs on will be your LEVEL3 and so on. Points are earned all the way up to LEVEL 7. For each qualified ambassador that add to your downline you will earn points. Levels 1 3: you will earn 5 points for each qualified ambassador that is added to your downline. Level 4: you will earn 4 points for each qualified ambassador that is added to your downline. Level 5: you will earn 3 points for each qualified ambassador that is added to your downline. Level 6: you will earn 2 points for each qualified ambassador that is added to your downline Level 7: you will earn 1 point for each qualified ambassador that is added to your downline. *Being Qualified means that your Annual Membership as a Plexus Ambassador is current and that you have a Backup Order (AutoQualification) order in place. Each Qualified* Ambassador in your downline entitles you to receive Plexus Points depending on your level of achievement. At the end of each month, the Plexus Points that you have earned are added up and multiplied by the value of a Plexus Point for that month. What is the dollar value of a Plexus Point? The value of a Plexus Point is determined by dividing the total number of Plexus Points awarded to all Ambassadors in a single month into the total amount of money in the Ambassador Pool for the same month. The value of a Plexus Point will vary slightly each month based on the total number of Plexus Points earned and the amount of money in the Ambassador Pool. If each qualified member only does a minimum of $100 per month, it is estimated that the value of each point will never be lower than $1.80. Of course, as Personal Volumes build through retail sales and preferred customers, Plexus Points will Page 2 of 6

3 also increase in value. As proof, since this plan was introduced the value of a Plexus Point has ranged from $2.82 to $ Ways to earn income with Plexus Plexus provides an unmatched compensation plan that combines great income opportunities to start earning money quickly as well as long-term residual income. Below are the 11 Ways you can earn income with Plexus: 1. Business Building Bonus. When a new Ambassador joins the company, they can purchase a Welcome Pack priced between $99 and $ % of the purchase price of the Welcome Pack is paid back to the Ambassadors as a Business Building Bonus. 50% of the Bonus is paid to the sponsor and the remaining 50% of the Bonus is split between three Qualified Ambassadors above the sponsor. 2. Plexus Points. Plexus awards you points for every Qualified Ambassador within the pay levels of your organization. Ambassadors are paid a bonus based on the points that they accrue on a monthly basis. 3. Achievement Bonus. Earn a one-time Achievement Bonus as you ascend the different Ambassador ranks within the Plexus Compensation Plan. 4. Fast Start Achievement Bonus. Earn an Achievement Bonus as you achieve the level of Gold, Senior Gold, Ruby, or Senior Ruby within 30 days of becoming a Plexus Ambassador. 5. Personal Volume and Retail Profit. Earn Commissions from the product purchases that customers make on your Plexus website. 6. Personal Volume Override Commission. Earn an override commission on the qualifying retail sales of the Ambassadors that you personally enroll. 7. Preferred Customer Program. Receive a bonus on the orders of your Preferred Customers people who receive their product on a monthly basis. 8. Emerald Pool Bonus. The Emerald Pool is comprised of 3% of the company s monthly Ambassador payout, and is shared among the Ambassadors who qualify. 9. Sapphire Pool Bonus. The Sapphire Pool is 1% of the company s monthly payout, and is shared among the Ambassadors who qualify. 10. Diamond Pool Bonus. The Diamond Pool is comprised of 2% of the company s monthly Ambassador payout, and is shared among the Ambassadors who qualify. 11. Earn a Diamond Re-Entry Position. Achieve the rank of Diamond Ambassador and be rewarded with the opportunity to re-enter the program with a second position that will be placed first level to your original position. Page 3 of 6

4 Back Office Tips Ambassador Back Office and Other Information + Tips To get to your back office: 1. Go to your personal website link (where customers would go to purchase products) or 2. Click Ambassador Login 3. Enter Ambassador # a. If you don t know your Ambassador #, when you signed up to be an Ambassador, you should have gotten a confirmation . It will be in that . b. If you can t find the , then contact your sponsor. They can see it in the Ambassador Genealogy Report. c. As a last resort, you can call Customer Service and they can give it to you To see your monthly PV and those in your Downline: 1. Hover/Click Reports 2. Hove/Click Ambassador Genealogy Reports 3. Click Sponsor Downline 4. Choose how many levels down you need and click Process Report 5. This report not only shows the monthly PV, but it also shows Ambassador Numbers, Auto Qualification Status* (if Auto Qual is NOT in place, the name/row will be shaded in white or cream color), # of Customers, pay points and more. This report will become your best friend! *If you do not understand the Auto Qualification process, please call me so I can explain it. I don t want people in my downline to be blindsided by an Auto Qual bill/shipment that they didn t want. You need to understand it so you can effectively communicate it to your downline. Also see Auto Qualification Option Explanation document for a detailed explanation. To change/remove your Auto Qualification order and see the date that the Auto Qual order will bill/ship (if you don t have $100 in PV by that date): 1. Click Shopping 2. Click Auto Qualification Schedules 3. There are two things here: a. Your annual membership fee it will show you your next order date for your annual membership fee. This will be an annual charge as long as you remain an Ambassador. IF you want out completely, then call customer service and have them direct you. b. Your monthly Auto Qualification order. It will show you your next order date. This is the monthly date that if you don t have $100 in PV by then this Auto Qual order will bill and ship to you. Deleting this is fine if you don t want to billed or shipped on that date. Just remember, that if you end up getting over $100 in PV for that month, you must go back and add an Auto Qualification order (i.e. Turn it on) if you want to earn any commission. If you don t have an Auto Qualification order in place (on) then you will not be commission qualified. As long as you get that $100 in PV by your next order date then you will NOT be billed or shipped. 4. You may edit or delete Auto Qualification here. To place an order getting Ambassador/WHOLESALE pricing: 1. Click Shopping 2. Click New Order To see your pay statement breakdown: 1. Click Reports 2. Click Financials 3. Click Monthly or Weekly Report* and select period 4. Choose the Report Type (PDF, Excel, Web Browser) 5. Click Commission Detail *Monthly Pay is every 15 th of the month (it includes everything except Building Business Bonuses) *Weekly Pay pays out Building Business Bonuses Page 4 of 6

5 When a new Ambassador joins the company, they can purchase a Welcome pack from $99 to $199. These Welcome packs are super bargains and not available at any other time. 50% of the purchase price of a Welcome Pack is paid back to the Ambassadors as a Business Building Bonus (BBB). Here how that BBB is paid out: Sponsor of the new Ambassador receives 50% of the bonus, while 25%, 15%, and 10% is paid upline to the first 3 qualified Ambassadors above the sponsor. Tips to encourage customers to purchase Preferred instead of Retail : Cheaper if they want the Plexus Slim/Accelerator Combo then it is $15 cheaper. They can cancel any time after 15 days after the initial order. If they do want to cancel, the call to customer service is easy, quick and hassle free. The reps aren t going to try to talk them into canceling. For those of you that really want to get Preferred Customers and provide excellent customer service take it a step further: o Keep a calendar of all your preferred customer bill/ship dates. (The dates can be pulled from the reports tab in the back office I can walk you through gathering these dates if you need me to.) o Tell your customers that you keep this calendar and that you will contact them 3-4 days before the auto bill/ship date to see if they do want that shipment. If they decide they don t want that next shipment then you can call customer service and cancel it for them. o If you want to keep the calendar and manage these orders then it will be important to stay on top of it. Plexus Monthly Commission Structure (online sales counting towards PV) Commission is earned on PV from $100 and up. If you have $95 in PV, nothing is earned that month. From $100 to $499 the commission rate is 15% o Example: If you have $300 in PV for a calendar month, then you will earn $35 (15% on $200) the first $100 in PV does not earn commission. From $500 and up the commission rate is 25% o Example: If you have $900 in PV for a calendar month, then you will earn $200 (25% on $800) the first $100 in PV does not earn commission. 10 Preferred Customers buying Plexus Slim/Accelerator Combo would yield $900 in PV. Preferred Customer Bonuses By now you should know that there are two methods customers can purchase products: o Retail (one time purchase) o Preferred Method (monthly auto bill/shipment) Ambassadors earn bonuses for preferred customers EACH month they are a preferred customer. o Example: You have 10 customers that love Plexus and are preferred customers buying Plexus Slim/Accelerator Combo for 6 months in a row. That will add up to an additional $180/month in bonuses. Money on top of the 25% commission as described above. Plexus Pay Point Structure: Plexus Point Allocations For All Qualified Ambassadors (Must have $100 in PV / $100 in PV must be non-welcome Pack PV) in your organization, here are the Plexus Points that you can earn: Levels 1 3 = 5 Plexus Points Level 4 = 4 Plexus Points Level 5 = 3 Plexus Points Level 6 = 2 Plexus Points Page 5 of 6

6 Level 7 = 1 Plexus Point Income Examples If you sponsored 3 Ambassadors and everyone in your organization duplicated your efforts, your organization would look like the one below: Level No. of Ambassadors Points per Ambassador Total points Awarded , , ,187 Totals: 3,279 4,893 This example is just a made-up scenario to show you how the Plexus Points would accumulate if everyone who came into your organization sponsored 3 new Ambassadors. In this example, if you were receiving Plexus Points 7 levels down, you would have a total of 4,893 Plexus Points. If the Plexus Points that month were valued at $3.25, you would earn $15, from just your Plexus Point Volume. And remember, since the Plexus Compensation Plan was introduced, Plexus Points have ranged from $2.82 to $4.89. To find answers to frequently asked questions about certain products: 4.
