2 Immediate Designed to get your business profitable in your first month 1. Retail Sales & Preferred Customers Purchase wholesale and sell retail. Earn 10% on preferred customers! Retail selling is the foundation of your business and allows you to earn immediate income by purchasing Asantae products at wholesale prices and selling them to your customers at the retail price of your choice. You can also earn a Preferred Customer Bonus by enrolling customers directly with Asantae and earning a bonus on all of their purchases. You earn 10% on each order from a Preferred Customer, plus 50% of the volume counts toward your personal activity requirement. After your Personal Volume (PV) reaches, 100% of your customer volume counts toward your Pay Team Volume (PTV). You do not have to be active or qualified to earn bonuses on sales made to Preferred Customers. 2. First Order Bonus When active, you ll earn 5% on your personally sponsored distributors first order. If you re active, you will earn a one-time First Order Bonus of 5% of the BV of your personally sponsored distributors first order of Asantae product. You must be active within the bonus period during which the order is placed to earn the First Order Bonus. This bonus is given in addition to the Personal Enrollment Tree Bonus and Team Commissions, detailed below. 3. Team Development Bonus Asantae places 2% of the company s total weekly commissionable business volume in a dedicated pool to be shared by all those who qualify. Asantae is placing 2% of the company s total weekly commissionable business volume in a dedicated pool to be shared by all those who Qualify. To be considered Qualified to participate in earning shares in the pool, an Affiliate must be PV Active and sponsor at least 2 new Affiliates within the same week (cycle), each of whom enrolls with a minimum BV and for whom the combined BV is at least 500BV. Thereafter, additional shares may be earned every time the aforementioned action is duplicated. An additional share may be earned for any and each personal enrollee (does not need to be new) who promotes to Executive during any week you have earned a share according to the above specifications. Another way to qualify for the bonus is to sponsor 3 new affiliates with minimum BV each. All Affiliates have 12 full weeks (cycles) from the date of enrollment to participate in the pool, should they qualify as per the above. Thereafter, Affiliates who reach the rank of Director in the initial 12 weeks after enrollment will be permanently qualified to participate in the pool.

3 Residual Pays you even when you are sleeping, up to $10,000 per week. 4. Team Commissions Team Commission Calculation 10% x 500 = $50 500BV from your Right Team (Non-Pay Team) carries over to the next bonus week as long as you remain 100PV active. The focus of any Asantae distributor is to generate sales volume through developing retails sales and Preferred Customers in addition to assisting your downline sales organization generate sales. The Asantae Compensation Plan rewards your success in these areas by tracking both your placement tree sales volume and your personal enrollment tree sales volume. Team Commissions are calculated on the business volume in your placement tree which has a left team and a right team. The volume of each of your two teams is calculated weekly and includes the volume of all distributors whether placed by you or anyone in your upline. The business volume generated by the lesser of your two teams is called your Pay Team Volume (PTV). You will earn 10% of your PTV as long as it is 500 BV and you are 100 PV active and qualified. The business volume from your Pay Team is matched with the volume of your Non-Pay Team and both are flushed. Any unpaid volume on your Non-Pay Team carries over to the following week as long as you remain active. You continue to accrue volume toward your next team commission payment on both teams as long as you remain active. Any week that you are PV active, additional PV exceeding will be applied to your PTV. Team commissions are limited to $10,000 per week, per earning center. SEE FOLLOWING PAGE FOR VISUAL EXAMPLE.

5 5. Personal Enrollment Tree Bonus Earn 5% on up to 4 Levels of Active Distributors in your Personal Enrollment Tree Organization. By being active with one personal enrollment tree leg, you are eligible to earn 5% through three levels of active distributors in your personal enrollment tree organization. Any distributor in the tree which does not qualify as active is not qualified as a level. That volume compresses and the next active distributor would begin the next pay level. By having two active PET legs plus 1,000 PGV and by being PV active in a pay week, you are qualified to earn an additional 5% on a fourth pay level. YOU = Active with 1 PET leg 5% % * compression 5% % 2 Active PET Legs PGV in a week + PV active 100

6 Leadership Rewards you for your loyalty, leadership, and moving up in rank! 6. Gold Generation Bonus Each week that you qualify as a Gold or above, you can earn 2% on the group business volume of up to 4 generations of Golds and above in your PET. Each week that you qualify as Gold (with PV active), you earn 2% on the volume (paid on weekly groups business volume) paid down to but not including the third generation of Golds. Once you achieve the rank of Ruby, you earn third generation. Once you achieve Diamond and above, you earn fourth generation. The GGB is calculated on unlimited width. To maximize your income from the GGB you should continue to personally sponsor new enrollment tree legs and advance to a higher rank within the Asantae Compensation Plan. 7 7. Additional Earning Centers Earn up to 2 additional earning centers allowing you to maximize Team Commission payout to $30,000 per week! You can qualify to open up to three earning centers (your initial center plus two additional centers). You can open a second earning center directly above your initial center once you a have achieve the rank of Black Diamond. At the rank of Ambassador your third earning center will be opened directly above your second earning center. Each center has the potential to earn $10,000 per week in Team Commissions. All enrollment tree volume and E500 legs from additional earning centers will count towards qualification of ALL your earning centers and for you to meet rank advancement requirements.

9 Definitions: Active 100 Personal Volume (points accumulate and carry forward as long as one remains Active, with a maximum of 0 points on both Left and Right Teams if not Qualified) Customer Order Volume The sum of points associated with my personal customers orders; customer order volume pays a 10% commission; customer volume plus personal volume that exceeds contributes 100% to one's Pay Team Volume (Team Commissions are paid on Pay Team Volume). Enrollment Tree The individuals associated by enrollment, not placement. Personal Volume The sum of the points associated with my personal orders and the orders of my personal customers. Personal Group Volume The sum of points associated with orders from individuals who comprise one s enrollment tree and their customers. Personally Qualified 1 Active Personal Enrollee right and 1 Active Personal Enrollee left. If not Qualified but Active, Left and Right Team volumes accumulate to a maximum of 0 points each. Pay Team The lesser volume leg (right or left) Pay Team Volume The total volume of the pay team (the lesser leg) *Earning levels for Asantae Affiliates should not be construed as representative of fixed or typical income earned with an Asantae business, nor are they intended to represent that other Affiliates will eventually achieve the same level of income. level achievements are dependent upon the individual Affiliate s business skills, personal ambition, time, commitment, activity and demographic factors.
