1 Welcome to the ALT call center Please make sure that you go through this entire document and set up everything before you get started taking calls in the call center. Once you have everything set up and are active in the call center, you phone should start ringing within 15 minutes. Make sure to follow the instructions below carefully when setting up your ring central account to receive calls. Included here are the rules and guidelines for the call center. Also, a step by step plan of action for you to follow with absolutely everything you need to become successful in the fastest time frame possible. Everything is designed to help you make more sales with the calls that we have routing to your phone. The calls that are coming in are hot and high converting leads. They are people looking for employment or for a way to earn money. Simply follow the script that is provided and then use the closing video that we have created for you. Instructions on how to use the video in your own personal video sales page. ** Qualifications for Call Center ** The call center costs us a lot of money to maintain with enough incoming calls to provide each call center agent with 8 10 calls per day minimum. To help us with this we have to set up some basic qualifications for the call center. Your first 30 days in the call center are free. If within that 30 days you simply make 1 sale, you are qualified to stay in the call center for the following month. From that point forward you must make at least 2 sales in any given month to stay active in the call center. If you do not make 2 sales in any given month the following month you must pay $97 to receive inbound calls. If in that month you make 2 sales then you are back in the call center at no cost to you. You should never have to pay to be in the call center.
2 Using the script All sales agents **MUST USE** the script outlined in this Agent pack. Any agent that does not use the script will receive 1 warning and if they do not revert back to the script will be removed from the call center. Our most successful agents are using this script. ALT is paying for this traffic and we must stick to what has this highest conversion results. This script has been shared by Gary Green who has used it very successfully closing multiple sales in a day. You will be using the script and a follow up process that includes a webinar presentation sent in a follow up . The purpose of the webinar is to help you Close the Sale. You will create your own webinar page that includes the closing video. Instructions on setting that up are listed below. Please continue. How to Be when using the script. The main thing to understand about phone sales is that you should always be in control of the conversation. Being in control means that you are asking the questions or giving instructions. The script you are using is very short and you should easily be able to stay in control. If you feel that you are ever losing control, one great thing to do is simply stop the person by saying there name and asking them to hold on for just a moment. Wait for about 15 seconds, then come back to the phone and continue with the script. Script do s Stay in control Stay on the script Be Friendly Keep your calls short. Best reps are on and off within 12 minutes.
3 Script Do Not s Do not go off script Do not let them take control Do not try to be a comedian Do not get into a personal conversations (stick to the script and get off the phone) The most successful sales agents stick to the script. Creating your on demand webinar page Before you start getting inbound calls. You must have your follow up ready There are instructions in the ALT back office on how to create an on demand webinar page. The key point to remember for this one is to make sure that you choose play all the time. (Allow Video Controls) is set to NO. See the image below
4 When it comes to choosing a background. We recommend either a beach or a city as the background. Here is the link to the video you will use. Add it to the Video URL box. ( The reason we ask you to create your own page here is because that allows someone to watch the video and then click the link below the video to purchase. That will take them directly to your personal purchase page making it a much easier process.
5 The redirect URL should go to your purchase page link. It s the second link in your ALT back office on the welcome page that contains the list of your affiliate links. The redirect button should be the Get Started Now in Yellow. For the delay button type in 875 Once you have created your own video page. Include that link in the follow up that you send, which is shown below.
6 Sending the Follow-Up Here is the that you should send out to your prospects after you got off the phone with them having completed the script. Please note that you will be creating your own unique webinar page that goes into your follow up . (EXAMPLE ) Good Afternoon, First off, I just wanted to say it was nice speaking with you. I attached two webinars for you to view at the bottom and just wanted to send you some information about the work from home opportunity. This will give you an overview of what it would look like for you to work at home. Please disregard the contact information on that website, as that is a pre-recorded session. ALT is a software company that is operational in the United States. We are now marketing in Canada, The United Kingdom and Australia. The new markets opening have created an increased demand for more account sales reps. Our reps are paid three different ways: 1) $400 Commission paid at the point of sale. You will receive inbound calls via our virtual office from customers looking for our product. 2) Leads Sales- Average Commission is $300 3) Phone Broadcast marketing service- Average Commission is $350 per closed. All sales begin with the customer initiating contact. So there is no cold calling whatsoever. You can take calls from the call center 24 hours a day. If you can answer inbound sales calls and follow a short script, you qualify for this sales opportunity. 7 Getting paid You have 2 options for getting paid. 1. ewallet 2. e4 Gateway There are video instructions for setting up both in your back office. ewallet is a much faster process to set up, but e4 will take fewer fees. We recommend getting ewallet setup right away and then starting the e4 gateway set up process. Once you have both set up your payments will default to your e4 gateway. You don t have to have both set up however. The choice is completely yours. The Script When starting the script. Do not answer the phone. Hello, Automatic Lead Tools. The reason is, as soon as you do, the person you are speaking with will google the name and not be paying attention to you. 1) Hello, This is (YOUR NAME) How can I help you? 2) Who am I speaking with? 3) Where are you calling from? Great Let me tell you a little bit about the company. We're a software company that has been operational in the US and other countries. We are currently looking to add a few representatives to our 24 hour multi-channel live inbound call system. The calls are all incoming so no cold calling or door to door. The pay is $400 per sale. Make 1 sale a day over 5 day work week= $2000 a week or double that and make over $200,000 a year.
8 What circumstances led you here today to inquire about this position? Just Listen For example, are you working? Listen Do you have sales, marketing or customer service experience? 9 soon as you can. Well, our call center is open 24hrs a day. How are you with independent time management? The calls are all inbound, so no cold calling or door to door. When people call you with interest, it really makes the process very simple. You are just following a script and answering questions about the software and the program. Real simple, straight forward. No high pressure sales. (Name) What s the best number for me to reach you? Here is my number so that you can call me back with any questions. The software is business lead marketing software. Sometimes people are interested in the software. If you are you can buy it. You can also get started without buying the software. So I will everything to you & just make a list of questions, call me back. We will speak shortly afterwards so I can show you the inbound call center. How to deal with people who ask about financing. When they call just say here are the options. 1. The first option is for you to promote my link. You ll have to go to craigslist resume section or cold call some local. You ll be mostly on your own and wouldn t get access to the call center until you make you make your first sale. 2. You can apply for a loan at They approve about 85% of applicants. 3. Buy the software, get in the call center. Start receiving calls and making sales tomorrow.
10 How to get in the Call Center Once you have your system set up by following the steps listed above. Send an to requesting access to the call center. You will be added within 24 hours. Most times it s much sooner. Once you have been added you will receive an with a link to Ring Central. Use the link and create your Ring Central account. Once you have done so you will receive an from Ring Central with steps to set up your account properly. How to activate yourself to receive calls. When logged in at the top of the page you will see this. When you are ready to accept calls, that button should be green. When you are done and NOT accepting calls YOU MUST click the green button and turn it to red and it will say (Do not accept calls) If you don t do that, the calls are being wasted. We will check and if you are not managing this properly you won t be able to use the call center as that means you are throwing our money away. We are paying for all of these inbound calls and you must do your part and be accountable for operating your ring central account properly.
