1 Evening MBA at Khulna University Invitation for Application Management and Business Administration School, Khulna University invites application from the prospective candidates in the Evening MBA Program for admission of 40 students in the 1 st batch of session. Following information provide a brief overview of the program and application process. 1. Application forms can be collected from the office of The Dean, Management and Business Administration School, Ground Floor, Academic Building-1 of Khulna University during the office hours in the weekdays from June 03, 2012 for Taka 200/- (cash). Completed application forms must be submitted to the same office along with Taka 600/- (cash) on or before 4.30 PM, June 21, Application forms can also be found at Interested applicants can download the application form, print it in the legal size offset paper and send the completed forms along with a pay order of Tk 800/- by June 19, Applicants willing to collect application forms by post should send a letter along with a self addressed envelope and a pay order of Tk. 825/- by June 10, Pay orders are to be issued in favor of and postal mails are to be addressed to The Dean, Management and Business Administration School, Khulna University, Khulna Date of Written : June 23, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. 3. Eligibility for application: Candidates with work experience must have at least 2-year Bachelor degree in any subject and two years working experience after graduation in the position(s) equivalent to 2nd class government officer, while fresh candidates must have at least 4 years Bachelor degree or a Bachelor and Master degree (if the duration of bachelor degree program is less than 4 years) in any subject. 4. Duration of the program: 20 months. 5. Total Cost: TK. 95,000 (Approximately). 6. Class time: 7.00 PM 9.30 PM, 3 days a week (from 7.00 PM in the week days and from 4.00 PM in the weekend). 2 Management and Business Administration School Khulna University Admission into the Evening MBA Program Session: (1 ST Batch) Instructions for the applicants (online version) Management and Business Administration School of Khulna University invites application from the prospective candidates in its Evening MBA Program for admission of 40 students in the session (1 st Batch). Detail information in this regard is as follows: 1. Eligibility: For admission into the Evening MBA program, candidates must have: For Fresh Candidates: (i) four/five years bachelor degree, or (ii) bachelor degree and a master degree which altogether complete at least four years of education, and (iii) at least 8 (eight) points based on the calculations shown in the following table with no more than one 3 rd class/division (GPA less than 2.00) for all levels of examination. For Candidates with Work Experience: (iv) at least a two-year bachelor or an equivalent degree(s), (v) job experience of 2 years after graduation in the registered organizations in the positions equivalent to at least Class 2 level Government officer and at least five (05) points based on the calculations shown in the following table with no more than one 3 RD class/division (GPA less than 2.00) for all levels of examination. Application can be lodged with appeared certificate. However, candidates applying with appeared certificate (having completed all written and viva-voce examinations) must submit their Final Result (Certificate/Mark sheet/transcript) on or before the day of written test. Components of the Admission Test: The Evening MBA Admission Test will be composed of written examination and viva-voce. 3 3. Application Form Submission: Application form (last two pages of this document) can be printed in legal size paper. Completed application form can be sent to The Dean, Management and Business Administration School, Academic Building 1 (Ground Floor), Khulna University, Khulna by post by June 17, 2012 along with a pay order (issued in favor of The Dean, Management and Business Administration School, Khulna University) of Tk. 800/-. Completed application form can also be submitted in person to the same address by 4.30 pm, June 21, 2012 along with Tk. 800/- cash. 4. Khulna University Quota: There will be a quota of three (03) seats (in addition to 40 regular seats) for the faculty members and officers of Khulna University. Applicants for this quota have to obtain minimum pass mark (in each individual section and in total) in order to be eligible for admission. 5.
