All those Candidates who had taken admission in first and second counseling and wants to cancel the admission, must fill the Admission Cancellation Form available at end of the this document and submit it after signed /seal by authorized person of concerned department to Computer Lab. 2 at IIPS, DAVV, Takshashila Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore by 8 th August, After the cancellation, candidate can collect his/her document from the concerned department. Deposited fee will be refunded by deducting Rs. 1000/- after the official procedure. The candidate fails to cancel his/ her admission on or before 08 th August, 2015, only caution money will be refunded. Deposited fee will be refunded by December, 2015 after official procedure. (Account and Financial Control) in School of Commerce, Bachelor of Journalism (BJ), MA (Mass Communication) in School of Journalism & Mass Communication and MBA (Disaster Management), MBA (Hospital Administration) in Institute of Management Studies may apply directly to Concerned Departments by 10 th August Non-CET candidates can also apply for these courses in prescribed proforma along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favour of Registrar (Self Finance) Others, payable at Indore. CET 2015 candidates will be given preference. Counselling for these courses will be on 13 th August 2015 in respective departments (Schedule attached). 1

Candidate is required to bring a DD of Rs.10, 000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) in favor of Registrar (Self Finance) Others payable at Indore at the time of counseling, failing which candidate will not be considered for counseling. The remaining fee, Caution Money, Student Services Fee and other applicable fee will be required to be deposited in the respective Institute / School within three days of admission, failing which admission will be automatically cancelled. 2. For SC/ST Categories: The fee will be charged as per M.P. Govt. rules. i. DD of Rs. 4000/-(Only Caution Money) in favour of Registrar (Self Finance) Others payable at Indore. (If income of parent is up to Rs.1, 20, 000 per year) ii. DD of Rs Rs (Caution Money)= Rs.9, 000/-in favor of Registrar (Self Finance) Others payable at Indore. Important Note: Candidates who will be admitted on undertaking will have to produce final result (in case of result not declared at the time of first counseling) by 8 th August 2015 else admission will automatically be cancelled. For admission in MBA (HA) 2 years the candidate has to submit the internship completion certificate by 8 th August 2015 else admission will automatically be cancelled. 1.) Decision of the Counseling Committee will be final and binding. All legal disputes shall be limited to Indore Jurisdiction only. 2.) Age limit: As per the government rules the upper age limit for male candidates for admission to undergraduate courses is 23 years whereas for postgraduate degree courses it is 28 years as on July 01, A relaxation of three years in upper age limit for SC / ST / OBC and physically handicapped candidate shall be provided for the applicants of Madhya Pradesh only. For candidate belonging to physically challenged category upper age limit for admission to Graduate and Post Graduate courses will be 30 and 35 years, respectively as on July 01, There is no upper age limit for females, MBA (HA 2 years) and LLM candidates. For B. Pharm. course candidate should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission. For B.A. LLB course age limit will be as per M.P. Govt./B.C.I. norms. 4. If hostel accommodation is required, candidate can apply to the Chief Warden through the Hostel Fee: respective Director/Head after admission. (i) Approx. Rs.15000/- per year excluding mess charges. (ii) Rs. 2000/- security deposit. (iii) Mess charges for Girl-1500/- & Boy-1600/- per month. Exact hostel fee and accommodation status can be obtained from the Chief Warden Office.
