1 Contact: Editing your Personal Account on Saïd Business School online Careers Management System
2 Step 1 From the homepage, click the Account menu tab Contact Homepage Note: The Account Tab is for your personal details as a Contact on behalf of your Employer. To edit your Employer profile please see Contact Editing your Employer Profile on Careers@Saïd.
3 Note: to edit your personal information, please ensure you are in the Personal Profile tab Contact Personal Profile Tab Close-Up Contact Personal Profile Tab
4 Step 2 Complete each field with your personal details. Note: Fields with * must be completed before the profile can be saved Contact Personal Account Form Note: this address field is for the address of your current workplace location i.e. your office address. Contact Address Field Close-Up
5 Contact Type please only select one Main Business School Contact per department. Oxford Alumni?/Graduation Year Please state whether you are a SBS Oxford Alumni. If yes, please state which year completed your programme. Activities Interested These will apply to all future job postings you advertise. Hide Contact Information - if you do not wish for your personal details to be linked to future job postings, please select yes. Submit This will save all changes you have made to this section of your profile

8 Step 1 From the homepage, click the Employer Profile tab Contact Homepage Note: The Employer Profile Tab is to edit your Employer Profile. This will be linked to any job posting you create and will be visible to all our students. To edit your personal profile please see Contact: Editing your Personal Profile on Careers@Saïd.
9 Note: Your profile is broken down into 6 sections, which are highlighted by the menu options in the Employer Profile section. You navigate your profile through these 6 tabs, however a student will see a complete version of your Company Profile in the Employer Directory section of their interface. Step 2 Please complete as much of the Employer Profile as possible. Each section can be edited and saved at any time.
10 Completion Status- On the left hand side of each profile tab you will see the Completion Status for the section. This will allow you to see which fields have been completed and which are still left to do. Employer Profile Page Completion Status Close-Up Shortcuts Each menu option is also listed along the left hand side of the screen as a shortcut URL to access each section. Note: your Employer Profile does not have to be complete, however the more information you supply, the more information our students will be able to see about your company.
11 Logo We recommend you upload your Company logo to your Employer Profile. GIF or JPEG files are the most compatible and will have the best display/print quality. You can upload a logo by clicking on the Choose File select the logo file click Save Changes to submit the logo Employer Profile Logo Page

13 Step 1 From the homepage, click on the Jobs menu tab Homepage View Menu Bar Close-Up
14 Step 2 Click on the Job Postings (non-ocr) menu option Employer Job Postings Page Job Postings Close-Up
15 Employers Job Posting Page Step 3 To add new job posting, click +Add New Note: to search previous job postings, use the Keywords search bar Keywords Close-Up
16 Step 4 Complete the Position Information section The fields with * Careers@Saïd Job Posting Form
17 Step 5 Enter the Application Details for how the student needs to apply for the position
18 Posting Date/End Date: This will signify the length of time the student will be able to view the posting. Once the position expires it will disappear from the student view Application Details: Form Breakdown Expiration Date: This will signify when you would like position to expire on the system. This will mean the student will no longer be able to view this position. Additional Documents Required (other than a CV): If you require the student to apply through the system, it is mandatory for each student to submit a CV with their application. If you require additional documents, please specify here.
19 How would you like students to apply for this position?: This field will indicate how you would like the applicant to apply for the position. applicants will apply online through If you choose this option a text box will be provided for you to enter one or multiple addresses for destinations of where you would like to receive the applicants documents. This option will provide a new each time an applicant applies. Accumulate Online applicants will apply online through Careers@Saïd. Contacts will not receive notifications every time a resume is submitted. Instead, contacts must log in to view or download their applicant materials. Other (enter below) students will not be able to apply through Careers@Saïd. Applicants will apply through an external source ie. address or company website. If this option is selected, a freeform text box will appear below, please enter application details in here. Receive an Automatic Applicant Information Packet?: If you wish the student to apply through Careers@Saïd, please click this if you would like to receive an CV packet for your applicants.
20 The rules for resume receipt are: Option Selected only Other (enter below) is selected Other (enter below) is selected along with or Accumulate Online and Accumulate Online are selected only Accumulate Online is selected Outcome students cannot submit CV s through Careers@Saïd students can submit CV s through Careers@Saïd individual s will be sent to the contact per application only one automatic packet will be sent Accumulate Online, , and Other are all selected students can apply through Careers@Saïd and can apply using the instructions specified for Other. Individual s will be sent to the contact.
21 Restrict Applications: If this field is not answered, all students will be able to view and apply for the position. If you wish to restrict your posting to specific students, please check yes. This will automatically generate a set of Screening Criteria for you to advertise the position to selected students. Only these students will be eligible to apply for the position.
22 Submit Button Close-Up Step 6 Complete the form. Submit this will submit the posting for to the managers pending queue. Once the position is approved, it will be available for student viewing. Save and Finish Later this will save the posting in it s current state and be available for editing. Note: Until the posting is submitted, it will not be available for approval or student viewing.
