Discovery, Evidence and Procedure: The Rules You Need to Know Because of the focus on speedy administration of probate matters and equitable relief under the Probate Code, there is a myth that attorneys representing clients in contested matters under the Code do not need to know the "civil rules." This session debunks the myth. Participants should expect practice tips for discovery under C.R.C.P. Rules using new Rule of Probate Procedure, Rule 37; a discussion of evidentiary short cuts found in the Colorado Rules of Evidence; and a refresher course in motion practice under the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.
