2 EE Updates Small Business: Delay to new launches View Full Bulletins To view the full bulletins online click here Due to unforeseen technical challenges, EE s new Euro Pass, Euro Data Pass and 36 month tablet plans did not launch on the 15 July as previously communicated. EE are working to resolve these technical challenges as quickly as possible and we will update you again with the new launch dates. Compliance: Updated Guidelines There are different EE Sim order processes you will need to follow when ordering EE Small Business and Corporate sim cards. Details are as below: EE Small Business: EE small business Multi Sim cards for new connection, Ports and Migrations. Please order as a standard sim (mobile and sim number provisioned to sim card) EE small business Micro Combi & Nano sim card for Upgrades or Sim Swap. Please order as a blank sim card (Sim number only un-provisioned) EE Corporate: EE Corporate Multi Sim card for new connection, Ports and Migrations. Please order as a standard sim (mobile, sim number provisioned to sim card) EE small business Micro Combi & Nano sim card for Upgrades or Sim Swaps. Please order as a blank sim card (Sim number only un-provisioned) Compliance: Updated Guidelines On 1st July EE s Indirect Proof Policy will go live. Please take time to review it and update your internal systems. The main changes are to Business Proofs - adding credit card, Council Tax statements and rental or lease agreements to the acceptable proofs list. The Compliance Guidelines have been updated reflecting regulatory changes to how all Networks charge for calls to non-geographical numbers from 1st July. Corporate: WiFi Calling WiFi calling will soon be available to Corporate customers allowing them to remain connected at all times. New Lower EU Roaming Rates On 1st July EE will be lowering their EU roaming rates. This is for usage outside of bundles or passes and only in the EU (excludes Switzerland and Turkey but includes Norway). Corporate: Price Plan Changes EU Roaming, Freephone and 08/09 Numbers From 1st July roaming in Europe will cost less for your customers. Making calls will cost 13.82ppm (down from 15.69p) Receiving calls 3.63ppm (down from 4.12p) Texts 4.36p (down from 4.95p) Standard EU data 14.55p per MB (down from 16.51p) This does not effect add-on bundles. Freephone Numbers Also effective on 1st July, numbers starting 0800, 0808 or 116 will become FREE from mobiles. EE is aso simplifying call charges to 08/09 numbers. For numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118, the charge will be split into two parts; an access and a service charge. Calls whilst roaming in Europe Texts whilst roaming in Europe: Data whilst roaming in Europe: Making a call will cost 13.82ppm (down from 15.69p), Receiving a call will cost 3.63ppm (down from 4.12p). Text messages sent when you are abroad will now cost no more than 4.36p per message (down from 4.95p). Our standard EU data roaming prices have also reduced and you ll pay just 14.55p per MB, instead of 16.51p. These changes do not affect any add on bundles. FREEPHONE CALLS ARE FREE FROM MOBILES: Numbers starting 0800, 0808 or 116 will become FREE to call from all phones, whether mobile or landline. CLEARER CALL RATES FOR YOUR BUSINESS: In addition we will be simplifying call charges to 08/09 numbers. For numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118 the charge will be split into two parts; an access charge and a service charge, details are outlined in the files attached.
