10 THE SYSTEM Fire Hydrant Management System (FHMS) is an initiative from Telekom Malaysia (TM) for Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (FRDM) Complement on existing MERS 999 in order to provide complete ecosystem for FRDM in their daily tasks FHMS will provide FRDM system to manage all fire hydrants by providing: Address Water Pressure Status Geo-Tagging Photo 10

13 WORK FLOW FOR FHMS Head of Fire Station 1. Provides inspection planning schedule 2. Ensure the monthly and annual inspection 3. Producing compound (if any) FHMS Head of State Fire Station 1. Monitor the implementation of fire hydrant inspection Fireman on site 1. Perform the inspection as per schedule given 2. Ensure all data updated accordingly 3. Report an error that can be compound to the Head of Fire Station 4. Propose new location for fire hydrant 13
