This service allows you to send your first SMS for FREE from any destination in the world. Only applicable for the first SMS sent while roaming. Additional SMS sent thereafter will be charged at the normal International Roaming SMS rates. 2) FREE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE If you need assistance from our Customer Service while abroad, you may dial *123# from your mobile phone and our Customer Service will call you back to assist you at no cost to you. 3) DATA ROAMING THRESHOLD ALERT You can now personalise your threshold alert at your preference. We will send you notifications when your data roaming reaches the below threshold. The setting options are as follows: Option 1 : 50, 100, 150 Option 2 : 50, 200, 500 (by default) Option 3 : 100, 300, 500 Option 4 : 500, 1000, 1500 TO SET YOUR PREFERRED THRESHOLD DIAL *100# MORE SERVICES/NEXT PAGE SET DATA ALERT NOTE: The alerts will be sent daily and this service is provided FREE of charge.
