I am from a suburban environment and corporate background. I have specifically reached out to our farming community to discuss their needs in our school district. Developing relationships with the farming community has been rewarding and challenging! Reaching out to our Future Farmers of America organization within the school district has been exceptionally beneficial and has rewarding. Expanding our horizons and depth of experience has proven to be beneficial for our organization. It has never failed for me to bring a new idea or strategy back to the organization. We are a fairly new organization, created in We are small- 1 employee! We are a rural community with very little corporate support.
