1 Benefit of suggesting a dotfit Me subscription vs. a 14 Day Trial dotfit Me Subscription 14 Day Trial - Initial 30 days are free - 14 days free - No steps required to maintain subscriber - Conversion to subscription required - Member gets 20% discount on product purchases - No discount on product purchases - Increased likelihood of supplement sales volume The subscribing member will need to create a billing profile with credit card upon enrollment but they may cancel at anytime during or after the initial 30 day free period. Note: 20% product discount does not go in to effect until AFTER the subscription is initiated. Use these step-by-step instructions to suggest a dotfit Me Program subscription for a new member/client from your Trainer Administration Console. Go to and click LOGIN in the upper right corner. 2 Enter your dotfit username and password. Click on Consoles to access the console options. Trainer Resource Suggesting a dotfit Me Program Subscription 2

3 You re now in your Trainer Administration Console. To add a member or view your current client list, click Members. To add a new client, click Add New Member and a new window will appear. Trainer Resource Suggesting a dotfit Me Program Subscription 3

4 Complete the fields in this pop-up window to add a new member. The CLUB and TRAINER fields will be completed for you. Not all fields are required, but it is very important for you to include an accurate/valid address for your client. All communication, such as product order confirmation, is dependent on this. When finished, click Save. Then click Close and your new client will appear in your member list. You may need to refresh your page. Once your client has been added, dotfit will send them an with their username and password. To place a subscription in to the members shopping cart, click Suggest dotfit Me Individual Subscription. If you are with the member, you can complete the process. If the member is not with you, you will need to communicate the suggestion and follow up on your next personal contact. 5 Select the subscription option for your initial suggestion and click Add to Shopping Cart. The best options will be either the monthly or yearly plans; monthly for the more reserved and yearly for the best price. 6 If your client is not going to complete their order with you, you can save your recommendations by clicking on Save to Cart and label it with an easy to identify name (i.e., Amy s Subscription ). They can access your recommendations and complete their order by clicking on My Account Saved Carts from their home page at any time. You will see there is no charge for the first 30 days. The credit card will not be debited until the date indicated under Next Charge and they may cancel at any time. If your client is ready to place the order, they can do so here. When they click Secure Checkout they will need to enter their login information to ensure their account privacy and security. Note: do NOT add any product to a subscription purchase. 7 After the purchase has been made, Manage dotfit Me Program will appear in place of Suggest dotfit Me Individual Subscription. Click this option and a new window will open to create the program. This is the same way to access a member s program at any point from your console. To create the program, start by clicking on the client s goal.
