3 Logging onto your YMCA Account Visit to begin accessing your account Click on the Sign In button located on the Main Screen If you have accessed your online account before enter your account address and password then click the Login button **If you have never accessed your online account please click on the Forget your Password? link to have a new password sent to the address linked with your account. PLEASE DO NOT create a new account, you will not be able to access your Y Club information in this manner. Please call the YDS Office at
4 Once you have logged in, click on the My Account button on the new screen to begin accessing your online account and the many features Making an Online Payment (families must ensure they are following the payment expectations and schedule as set by the YMCA, failure to do so may result in termination of services. Under the list of Account Options, locate Account Payments Include, and select the Pay on Account link On the next screen please input the payment amount you would like to make today and click on the Continue button
5 On the next couple screens, please review your payment for today and click the Continue/Next buttons **Please note that if you have a current unpaid balance due that is higher than the amount you are paying today you will need to ensure that you have contacted your Y Club staff to make arrangements for the remaining unpaid balance. Otherwise, click back to adjust the amount you will be paying today to match or exceed the current unpaid balance. ***The LARGE current balance due that you may see is the total that will be due over the course of the school year. If you feel this is inaccurate please contact the YDS Office at One final screen will come up for you to review the amount you are paying today. If everything looks accurate please click the Proceed to Checkout button
6 On the next screen you will input your payment information, you may select Credit Card or Electronic Check. If the billing information or payer is different from what is shown, please select Add New Billing Information to update. Once you have input your payment information click on the Next button. **Helpful tip to make your online payment faster for your next visit, save your Credit Card or Electronic Check information for future online transactions Thank you for making your payment, on the next screen you will have access to View/Print your receipt for your personal documentation.
7 Viewing and Printing Previous Receipts From your Account Options main page, under Account Payments include, select the List of Account Payments link. From here you will be able to view any payments made on your account. To view a specific receipt click on the Receipt Number to the right of the payment. Your receipt from that particular payment will appear. To print just click on the Printer Friendly Version link
8 Viewing and Printing Tax Receipts From your Account Options main page, under Account Payments include, select the List of Account Payments link. From here you will be able to view and print your Tax Receipt for tax or Flex Spending Reimbursement purposes. First select the current tax year you want to run the receipt for. Then move any participating child and the Account Payer s name by selecting each name in the Available Family Members box then click the right arrow to move them to the Selected Family Members box. The click on Run Report The system will then generate a report for all payments made for your Y Club participant in that tax year. *Please note for 2014 only, the system will only run a report for payments made for Fall 2014 Y Club programs only. If your family participated in Spring 2014 or Summer 2014 programs, tax receipts will available to you January 19, 2015 for all payments made for programs between January & August. This is due to a switch in registration software during the 2014 year.
9 Updating your EFT Payment Information *If you are not currently enrolled for automatic payments through EFT you will need to contact the YDS Office at From your Account Options main page, under Account Payments include select the Change Auto-Charge Payments link. Next to the Receipt Number for your current Y Club enrollment, click on the Edit link. On the new screen your current EFT payment information will appear, select which payment method you would like to use for future EFT auto-draft payments.
10 Input your new EFT payment information and click the Submit button Once you have updated your EFT payment information, on the next screen your new information should appear, please review for accuracy. Congrats, all your future EFT payments will auto-draft from your updated account information. Registering for No School Days Online **Please note if your receive any type of discount through scholarship or 3 rd party billing you will not be able to register online, you must call the YDS Office at From your Account Options main page, under Other Services, click on the Register for Activities link.
11 On the new screen a list of all YMCA programs will appear, to make your search easier, in the search bar type in the particular program you are looking to register for (ex: No School Days) After narrowing down your search, locate the specific program you wish to enroll in today and click the Add to Cart button to the right of that program
12 The next screen will be an informational page about that program, if this is the program you wish to register in, click the Enroll Now button. Next select the participants name who will be attending the program from the drop down list, then click the Continue button For No School Days you will need to select the specific No School Days you would like to register for today, then click the Add to Cart button. **Please note that for No School Days the full $22/day will be due at the time of checkout in order to get registered. You may not register for No School Days without payment.
13 Once you have selected all the days you would like to attend at that No School Day location, please review your Enrollment Details on the next screen. If everything looks accurate click the Continue button. *REMINDER the full amount shown must be paid today in order to be registered for all the days you want to register for. If you do not want to pay that amount you will need to go back and de-select some days and re-register for those at another date. On the next screen please review your shopping cart transaction for today, if accurate click on the Proceed to Checkout button. On the next screen please input your payment information for this transaction. If you have previously saved payment information you can select that from the drop down list. Once payment information is completed click the Next button.
14 Congratulations, you have registered your child to attend No School Days, if you have another child to register please repeat these steps. To view/print the receipt for your records click the View or Print Receipt button. We hope you are able to take full advantage of your NEW YMCA online account.
