1 New Online Registration Instructions Tel: Please note that this is a new system. We ask for your patience and feedback as we improve the process. Welcome to our new online registration system. We hope the following step-by-step guide will be helpful to you. We recommend calling or ing the office if you would like to set up a trial class, or if you need help planning your dancer s class selections. If your dancer is enrolling in multiple classes, you will find it easier to us their class selections. We will then invoice you through MINDBODY. You can follow the directions below to update your profile. Setting Up Profiles: 1. You will need to create individual profiles for yourself and your dancer(s) before signing up for our classes. 2. Go to our MINDBODY powered site here. You will use the New to our site? box to enter your (parent) first and last name in and then hit the next button. If you were registered at the school last year, put in the address you provided. It will ask is this you? and show your name. Click on yes and then follow the instructions. If needed, you can use forgot password to reset your password review and update information as necessary. 1
2 This will take you to the information portion of the system: 3. You will need to create your (parent) profile first. Please take the time to complete all contact information address, , phone - It is not necessary to fill in index (medical, age, school etc.) questions for parent. Then, create your parent username and password. 2
3 4A. If you are new to our school and have children participating you will use the Add Family Member to add all your dancing children, spouse and emergency contacts into the system. Please put your into the field for your child. Then click save in the 3.Family Members section. Please agree to the Liability Release and Consent waiver to complete your client profile. 4B. Returning students already have a profile in the system. See step #2. Default address is the preferred parent s that we had on file last year. However, please review your family members and emergency contacts. If you have forgotten something when you create your login you can update it on your new profile page by clicking the update button. 5. Each dancer will need their own separate profile. This should be done within two weeks of enrollment by following steps 1-4. It is important to complete the index fields for your child - Medical, Age, School (if not listed just select other). This allows us to provide the best and safest dance education for your child. We will contact you if you answered yes to Medical conditions question for details. 3
4 How to Purchase a School Year Registration (not necessary for Adult or Dancing Tot Programs) 6. Go to the online store tab at the top of the screen. 7. Select enrollment fees to purchase a school year registration ($45). You can also add your performances fees to your shopping cart at this time. Discounts will be applied by an office administrator. In order for you to be able to enroll in a semester or year-long class you will need to have purchased a school year registration (a.k.a membership). Checking out: The following classes have performance fees: Modern I, II, III, Modern Jazz, Core Jazz, Ballet I, II, III, Boys Movement, all Tap, all Hip Hop, Junior Master Class, Master Class I and Master Class II. 8. To check out, click on the Online Store tab 9. Select Shopping Cart. Review your items. 10. Click Checkout. 11. On the next screen, enter your billing information in the available fields. 12. When ready, click Place Order. Enrolling (registering) for classes: Please refer to the weekly schedule and select your classes. 13. Next, you will want to select and click on a class tab across the top of the screen. You can utilize the class type drop down menu to refine your search. Please note, Adult Classes and Dancing Tots are listed by date. Adult classes begin September 16. Dancing Tot classes begin October 8. 4
5 Some of the classes will state that the online registration is closed. This does necessarily mean enrollment is closed or that the class is full. You can click on the envelope in the pink box to us. We are always available by phone or in person at our administrative office. If you scroll down the page you will come to the classes and group that you can request to join. 5
6 14. Click on the Sign up now button for the class you are interested in. Level-Based Technique classes and performing groups have prerequisites. You will not be able to register for these classes unless you have been appropriately tagged by a system administrator. If you are unable to enroll in a class, please call the office for assistance. 6
7 15. If you are in the parent profile enroll your child and not yourself (unless you are enrolling in an adult class) If you are registering for more than one class, PLEASE ENROLL AS UNPAID! This will hold the spot in the class for your child and allow us to calculate your billing and discounts for you when you are finished, please contact the school to arrange your discounts and billing. 16. If you ve only registered for one class, the next step is to check out. Refer to steps #8-12 7
