1 Helping You Stay Ahead of the Curve Online Ordering Reference Guide (For Training Coordinators Only) 1

2 1. Log on to 2. On the left margin, enter your Username and Password 2

4 1. From the Store menu, click the type of courses you seek Online Ordering Process 4

5 1. From the available courses, you may click the course name link to read the course description 2. Click the Add to Cart button to select the desired course 3. Please note, you do not need to re-click Add to Cart again if you want to associate another student to the same course. This action can be accomplished at the assignment page during checkout 4. Revisit the Store and add as many courses as needed 5

6 1. If you ve completed your order, click Checkout Now 2. If you need to order additional courses, click Continue Shopping 3. If you ve placed an order in error, click the corresponding Delete button 6

7 1. To assign student(s) to a course, you can use the Student Name filter or scroll down the pre-populated list 2. As a Training Coordinator, all Students associated to you should appear in the window 3. Once you ve identified the Student, left click once on their name and move down to step 2 and click the corresponding course. To finish, click the Assign button. Repeat these steps until complete 4. You can select to Continue Shopping or proceed to Checkout 5. If there are omissions/inconsistencies with the listing of Students, please Customer Care at customercare@jonesncti.com 7

8 1. On the Checkout page, your Billing Information is listed 2. All courses will be shipped to the corresponding Training Coordinator 3. If you need to edit your shipping or billing address, please contact Customer Care at

9 1. At the Checkout page, you may choose your payment method (Purchase Order, Credit Card, or echeck) 2. Please contact Customer Care if interested in payment via Purchase Order/Invoicing or echeck You may also confirm your order contents, quantity, and total payment 4. You may proceed by clicking Complete Purchase or click here adjacent to Order Summary to edit your order 9

10 1. You may review all applicable order information 2. If your account information and order are accurate, click the Place Order button to execute the online order 3. You may elect to edit your order by clicking on the click here link adjacent to Order Summary 10

11 1. Once the screen has refreshed, you will be routed to the Order Received page which includes your order number 2. Click the click here link to open and print a receipt for your records 3. Jones/NCTI s Customer Care group receives your order and it is placed in queue to print and ship within hours; Online courses are assessable immediately 4. 12 Supplemental Information 1. As a Training Coordinator, once you ve logged in at you have access to a number of useful reports and time sensitive data 2. By clicking My Account you will have access to review and edit applicable contact information as well as details of your order history 3. If you need to edit your shipping or billing address, please contact Customer Care at

13 Supplemental Information 1. Under My Profile, you also can view Students with courses expiring within 7 days; a link is provided to view details of the student(s): Student Name, Account ID, Course Name, and Expiration Date 13

14 Supplemental Information 1. Within the Final Exam Codes link, you can view Students ready to take their course Final Exam; the listing provides Student Name, Account ID, Course Name, Course Expiration Date and the associated Final Exam Code 14

15 Supplemental Information 1. Within the Expiring Courses link, you can view expiring courses by selecting from a 30/60/90 day window; the listing provides Student Name, Account ID, Course Name, Course Expiration Date 15

16 Supplemental Information 1. Within the Available Instant Enrollments link, you can view any Instant Enrollment (IEs) you currently have open 2. IEs represent bulk course purchases that can be assigned on demand to incoming Students 3. Please contact Customer Care if interested in learning more about Instant Enrollments

17 Supplemental Information 1. Within the Active Students link, you can view all Students currently active/enrolled in a Jones/NCTI course 2. Click a Student s name (link) and you will view current and previous courses, enrolled dates, courses status, expiration/graduation dates, and course scores 3. You may also print Graduation Certificates 17

After clicking the Ask Customer Care link, you will be sent to a page that has your contact information pre-loaded with a Question field that you can populate and send 3. Customer Care treats all correspondences with high priority 19

20 Supplemental Information 1. Within the Add New Student link, you can add a Student at any time 2. After clicking the Add New Student link, you will be sent to a page that prompts you for the following information: Student Name, Address, Country, Phone, address and Date of Birth 3. You may elect to either simply Add a New Student or Add a New Student AND enroll them in a specific course 4. Customer Care will promptly add (and enroll where applicable) the New Student 20
