He has got a degree in Hotels Direction & Restoration at Travelodge University of Surrey (England). He reaches more than 15 years of experience in hotels international development as well as in management area and he has been employed at hotels as a consultant, investor and promoter. In addition, he also has collaborated in several low cost brands launch in Spain and other countries. Raoul Andrews-Sudre: President of Aspen Resorts International, hotel industry consultancy. He was graduated in Hotel Management at Cornell University (New York), began his career as a consultant after joining the University team. He has advised the ministries of tourism of France, Morocco, Brazil, Mexico and Nicaragua, and other organizations such as Ritz Carlton, Tverskaya Four Seasons, Accor and Omni. His practical experience in fitness, spa treatments and beauty gives him a global vision as a business consultant. Sergio Cardona: Director of InterManagement Madrid, formation consulting with headquarters in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Spain. He studied Sociology and he is an expert in Social Psychology area. He works as an associated teacher in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and he also gives courses and conferences in Spain and Latin America about Leadership, Neuromanagement, Teamwork, Creativity and Coaching. Nowadays, he is preparing his doctoral thesis on "Coaching in the Organizations ", that he will show next March, Jordi Cavero: Manager Sports Services at Barcelona Deputation. He studied architecture at Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya and he also has got postgraduate studies in Local Government at Universidad de Barcelona and a master s degree in Managerial Function at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He was part of the Olympian Organizing Committee of Barcelona 92 as a Project manager of Sports Facilities. Nowadays, he collaborates in different publications of sports area and he is also a Professor in the Postgraduate Course: "Direction and Management of Sports Facilities ".

He worked as an advisor of United Kingdom Government on the subject of standards and training for professionals and quality management of fitness centers. In 2001, he was co-founder of the registration for the professional practice of UK. Collins represents the European Health and Fitness Association in several expert groups that advise on development policy to the European Commission and the Eulàlia Dordal: Services Director of Facilities and Works at Institut Barcelona Esports. She studied Physical Activity and Sport Sciences in 1989 and she has got a master s degree in Sports Management INEFC at Universitat of Barcelona. She has been employed at Barcelona Town Hall of Barcelona as a Technician of Sports Area Management Department and in the future as a Polyvalent Technician Persons Services at Sant Andreu's District. She also worked as Head of Planning Department and Control Management at Institut Barcelona Esports before occupies her current position. Alun Evans: Post-doctoral Researcher in the DTIC of Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He is a Doctor in Processing Image 3D at London's University College. After finishing his postdoctoral work in the Fundación de Barcelona Media, he was the Technical Director of the Barcelona World Race virtual game. At present, he is a Professor and Investigator in Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and he works the 3D graphs 3D and the interactive technology. Rupert Fornell: CEO at Inuu & Caldea (Andorra la Vella). International MBA at IE Business School and Vice-President of Sport Management Club in the recognized business school. During his career, he has also worked as a speaker at different Spanish universities. His specialties are creation and connection of teams, sales increase, improved positioning of discounts and costs reduction, strategic marketing digital, attraction and retention of customers, brand image building and the start-up of sales campaigns.

She is a graduate in Phisioteraphy and before starting her teaching activities she worked as a Head of Physical Activity and Head of Health Department in Institut Català de la Salut. She is also a researcher in physical activity promotion. Management Area. Ricardo García: Deputy General Manager of Sports in Madrid Town Hall. He studied Mathematics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and he also studied Physical Education at INEF Madrid, which belongs to Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He has been a Professor at University and he is the author of several books and notebooks of exercises. Nowadays, he is a civil servant of A1 Group at State Central Administration. Previously, he covered other positions at Information Technology Area and positions inside Economic and Budgetary Jaime Gutiérrez: CEO Grupo Ingesport. He studied Economic Sciences at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Previously, he was the CEO of Hoteles Almenara y Sotogrande, while he was in charge of Restoration and Services in Sotogrande Health Resort. Also he has been Purchases Director of Área Ibérica (Starwood Hotels and Resorts). As personal information, he loves rugby: he has been 66 times international and Captain of the National Selection from 1993 to 1998 Manel Jadraque: CEO of the textile multinational Desigual. He has a college degree of B.A. at the University of Barcelona and has a master's degree in Operations Management in Instituto de Empresa (IE). He has developed a long career within his current company, occupying the position of Director of product and operations for nearly a decade. He has also worked in the area of operations of luxury companies like Louis Vuitton and Loewe. Currently, this Spanish fashion company faces projects of high relevance as its entry in the sports fashion.

He helps companies to understand technological changes and find business opportunities. He has accumulated over 25 years of experience in building projects on Internet, business management and exploration of networks potential. During 2013, has been chosen by the newspaper El Mundo as one of the most influential Internet Spaniards for his interpretation of socio-economic and technological changes. Antonio Manzanera: Director of Savior Venture Capital, services signature of capital risk specialized in business development and financial advice to startups and entrepreneurs. Currently, he is promoting collaborative projects in order to improve sanitary attention for patients in Spain and France. Herman Rutgers: International Executive with over 20 years of experience in international business management. At the end of 2001, he started his consulting and investment company: Global Growth Partners. He began his professional career after obtaining his BA in International Business at the HTEXS in Enschede, Netherlands, and in his career there are multinational companies, such as: Quaker Oats, Akzo-Organon, Sheaffer Pen, Prince/Benetton Sportsgroup and Brunswick/Life Fitness, in this last one, as Executive Vice-President of the commercial Division. After that, he started his own project.

5 Montse Ventosa: President of Truthmark Foundation and Chief Conversations Officer of StickyCulture. She is a social entrepreneur interested in focus on the relations of the job environment. She usually collaborates as a teacher and presenter in ESADE, IE and Universidad Complutense de Madrid and also worked as a teacher in the I Master in Personal Development and Leadership of the University of Barcelona. Nowadays she is doing a Doctorate in Administration and Companies in Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya, whose thesis is based on Cultural Value. Josep Viladot: COO Homes Place Spain. He has worked in the fitness industry for over twenty five years. He has worked in several kinds of sports organizations: lucrative, non lucrative and foundations. He is also a teacher and presenter in different programs and conventions. Currently, he is also Vice-President at Gestiona. Pablo Viñaspre: Manager of WSC Consulting, leader in training and consulting in the field of fitness in Spain. He advises companies on issues of operational management, business strategy, and creation of new projects. He is the author of the book of management of fitness centers: "La Ruta del Management en el Fitness" and co-author of the book: "El Entrenador Personal en el Fitness y la Salud ". Furthermore, he has written more than 100 management articles in the sector media. Arron Williams: Arron Williams, Special Projects Manager in Life Fitness. He has been a lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of East London. Prior to that he worked at the London Central YMCA as Education Development Director. He has worked in the fitness industry for over twenty years. Currently, he works in Life Fitness developing new fitness products and keeping them updated on trends, health and fitness research, which is driving different market, segments globally and locally.
