2 Congress Venue SYMA Sports- and Event Center H-1146 Budapest, Dózsa György út 1. Opening Hours of the Registration Desk The Registration desk will be located at the SYMA Sports- and Event Center. (Congress Venue: Budapest XIV. Dózsa György út 1). Main entrance from the court of the SYMA. Participants are kindly requested to use this entrance at the first time when they visit the congress. Sunday, July 6, Monday, July 7, Tuesday, July 8, Wednesday, July 9, Thursday, July 10, Public Transportation Participants can use all public transportation in Budapest wearing their badges during the congress period July 6-10., (5 days), for the participants of the Middle European Buiatrics Congress (2 days) free of charge. Please show Your congress badge to the controllers if requested. In any case you receive a penalty, please ask for a receipt and contact the registration staff. Komor Marcell str. 1. Departure to the Opening Ceremony at from SYMA Sportsand Event Center (Congress Venue) by shuttle bus, or individually. Back to the official congress hotels shuttle bus transfer will be provided: at 22.00, 22.30, Gala Dinner in the Hungarian National Gallery Thursday, July 10, Venue: Budavári Palota, Szent György tér 2., Building C main entrance from the Danube side. Transportation to the Gala Dinner shall be organised individually.
