1 STAR FINANCE Case Study

2 Welcome, we would like to present a brief description of an implementation we performed for our customer the Star Finance company. Billennium 2013/ Wszelkie prawa zastrzeżone.

3 Star Finance Star Finance a leading financial service brokerage.

4 Assumptions The Starfox platform has been implemented as the basic system supporting the operations of Star Finance as one of the leading financial service brokerages on the market. The Billennium Workflow Server system is the core of the solution and controls the correctness of processes of delivering financial products to customers (including the monitoring of customer service time, escalation procedures etc.).

5 Users 1. Employees of Star Finance headquarters who perform e.g. initial analyses of financial capabilities, verify the sales of financial services or prepare accounts for branches. 2. Employees of Star Finance branches, who directly contact customers of financial dealers. The Starfox platform is used daily by around 100 people working at various locations. Adding a new workstation is a matter of several minutes. Complexity The system is a basic platform supporting the operations of Star Finance. The solution consists of the following modules:

6 Module A dedicated app containing: Description ERP / CRM customer database with loyalty program support, recording and monitoring commercial activities and sales, division results reporting module, electronic ordering and on-line store module, calculation and invoicing module. A Billennium Workflow Server platform, which is the basis for business process management in the organisation at the pre-implementation analysis stage. The tool is integrated with the ERP/CRM app; basic business processes incude: BPM customer credit rating process, loan and leasing product sales, money order management, sales event rating, preparing accounts for partner branches: commission for sold services and purchasing promotional products offered by the franchisee. Reporting A set of operational and analytical reports prepared in the Microsoft Reporting Services tool, dedicated for the company management.

7 Scope Thanks to modelled sales processes of such services as insurance, loan, leasing, etc., customers can receive a product according to an agreed procedure with minimum time expenditure at subsequent steps - as a result, the customer receives services as soon as possible. Integrated system functions allow for flexible establishing of new company divisions, modifying the organisational structure or granting specific rights. Based on data collected in the system, reports are generated to enable quick assessment of sales levels. The Starfox platform is operated in whole by the Billennium company - the software is located on the company servers. Billennium administrators take care of the availability of the system, as it is critical for the business of Star Finance.

8 Benefits control over current company costs, delivering financial products to the company's customers as soon as possible, better and more efficient system administration and business decision-making support thanks to a variety of reports (effective monitoring), quicker access to the customer's data, selected lines and services, including easily-accessible history, flexible organisational structure modelling, which is the basis of customer service, efficient information exchange management, company-customer relations monitoring.
