1 FOR THE DAYS 9 TH 12 TH AUGUST Peking University Gymnasium Beijing, July 30 th, 2008 Dear Delegates, We keep with the preparation for the Olympic Games and in the next 4 pages you may find the practice schedule for the days 9 th 12 th August for both the FOP (Field of Play) and the Warm-Up area. The schedule has been prepared taking in consideration several elements: Number of teams per NOC Number of players per NOC Request of particular times from NOC s Ranking of the players and teams And ENSURING access to the FOP (the competition hall) for ALL NOC s every day. Many NOC s have requested the same frame times so in order to attend all request you will see that every day the practicing times are different; so the maximum possible number of associations have access to the prime times of practice. If despite our efforts this schedule does not satisfy you completely, we remind you that the official Practice Facilities -the Haidian Stadium- are permanently available and you can make us further request for practice there. We would like to remind you that each NOC should confirm their booking of training time at the sport information desk in the Olympic Village before 17:00 hours one day in advance, or the training time can not be guaranteed. With best regards, Yao Zhenxu Competition Manager Raul Calin Technical Operations Manager
