You simply need to fill the online admission form comprising of steps at our admission portal by paying Rs. 50/- in cash at FAP (Facilitator and Academic Partner) or by DD at University drawn in favour of SGVU-DE, Jaipur. Before filling the form you must check the norms and eligibility criteria thoroughly. Step : The third step requires your personal details (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB, Father s Name, Mother s Name, Student Mobile Number, Parents Mobile Number, STD Code Land line Number). Login to check Programs & Fee, Admission norms and accept admission norms by ticking the check box and click to Online Registration. Generate your SID You simply have to fill your basic details viz Name, Mobile Number and valid e- mail Id to generate your Student Identification No.(SID) and Password. This unique Identification number and Password will help you to fill the form and to know about your admission status. If you have already registered, you have to fill the SID Number and Password for further filling the online application. Step : In this step you need to fill your permanent address details (State, District, Pincode etc) as well as local address. 21 Step : 5 This step comprises of your academic qualification details ( 0th Board details, th Board details and any other qualification details) Step : The last step is to upload the required Scanned documents in JPG and any other image format. (file should not be more than MB). The documents are : Recent passport size photograph. Student s Signature. Documents required for under graduate courses: 0th Mark Sheet, th/diploma Mark Sheet. Documents required for Post Graduate Courses: 0th Mark Sheet, th/diploma Mark Sheet, Graduation Mark Sheet. a candidate who is appearing in final year exam can submit the mark sheet of their last exam. Step : 5 In this step you need to fill your DD details (DD Number, Bank Name, DD Date, & Bank Branch Name) in case of payment by Demand Draft. If you Pay by Cash you have to fill the details of your cash receipt (Cash receipt number & Tpin No) (All information filled in this application form should be correct and authentic.) On successful completion of all steps you will get full detail of your course. Within 7 hrs you will receive the response of your online application form, you can check it through this login ID at :- The unique ID would be you permanent ID throughout your course study in the SGVU-DE. When you successfully complete the online application submission, you have to send the DD by Post with SID number at University campus/university owned FAP or by challan generated from website, which can be deposited to the nearest Axis bank across the country.
