1 The INTA Membership Directory Publishing July Managing IP is again partnering with the International Trademark Association to publish the INTA Membership Directory. The Membership Directory will include both high profile advertising positions, as well as limited targeted positions within the dedicated jurisdictional membership directory sections. The INTA Membership Directory will yet again be the foremost annual advertising vehicle for reaching the global trademark community. Your firm is invited to participate. What is the INTA Membership Directory? The annual INTA Membership Directory includes detailed listings for all INTA s members more than 6,600 organizations and firms in more than 190 countries. The Directory is an invaluable resource for INTA members whether they are seeking corporate contacts, an individual expert in a particular sector, a global law firm representative, or a local specialist in an unfamiliar jurisdiction. Members are listed by country with an additional alphabetical classification by company/firm name, plus a comprehensive register of all individuals serving on committees and project teams. The Membership Directory also includes the detailed and expanded Trademark Services section featuring expanded information on leading service firms from around the world. An advertisement or Enhanced Listing in the directory can optimize an organization s exposure to key IP professionals for an entire year. By advertising in the INTA Membership Directory you: Maximize new business potential by demonstrating your capabilities to more than 7,000 individuals from INTA member organizations worldwide. Increase referral business by raising awareness of your firm s abilities in unfamiliar jurisdictions. Reinforce existing strengths and promote new developments to INTA s entire global membership. As well as the jurisdictional adverts, high profile display advertising positions and sector-specific Enhanced Listings will be available within the Trademark Services section of the directory. 3 Options for participation: Display advertising The INTA Membership Directory will again include advertisements within the main membership directory section. These positions are strictly limited and allotted by country. Their prominent placement alongside the directory listings allows firms to achieve maximum exposure within their chosen jurisdictional section. High profile cover advertisement and premium positions (e.g. facing contents etc) are also possible. The details are as follows: Membership Directory advertisements by Jurisdiction These advertisements will run within the main membership directory section. Firms are able to nominate the jurisdictional section their advertisement runs within. Advertisement positions are strictly limited for each jurisdiction and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. 4 Options for participation: Trademark Services Section The Trademark Services Section forms the central part of the Membership Directory. It features expanded information on leading service firms from around the world categorized by specialization. There are two options for participation either placing an Enhanced Listing or a display advertisement. The details are as follows: 1) Enhanced Listings Placing an Enhanced Listing in the INTA Membership Directory puts your company s services in front of more than 7,000 individuals from INTA member organizations. An Enhanced Listing can include your full contact details (company/firm name, logo, address, telephone, facsimile, company website, name of INTA designee, designee telephone, designee ). PLUS an eight line company description, this will appear in 9-point Arial font (up to 500 characters with spaces). Logos should be a minimum of 300dpi and 3x4cm. Enhanced Listings will be run in alphabetical order under your Primary Service category/categories (see the booking form for options). Multiple bookings are possible. The cost is US$1,500 per industry category listing including firm logo. Please see the booking form on page 5 for full details and industry categorizations.
