2 Infinitime Time & Attendance Solution Time Entry Employee Self Service Timecard Review, Edit, and Approval Human Resources Reporting FEATURES n InfiniTime provides a timecard that is easy to read and edit. Employees may use InfiniTime to punch in/out or record the number of hours worked each day. n Employees can enter time right from their desktops or through a central employee kiosk. n Exception-based time entry n The time punches are based on your server time to ensure accuracy. n Flexible methods of time entry per employee, Web entry, Biometric, Badge or IVR(Phone) data capture. n Employees may charge time worked to departments into which they transfer, or to job orders to capture labor distribution. n InfiniTime can be configured to allow employees view-only access to their web timecard so that they can see their hours for the pay period. n Employees can review, and optionally approve, their timecards for current and prior pay periods. n Employees can view their profile information and work schedule n Employees can see the current balance of their attendance points and their accrual balances on their timecard, instead of requesting this information from HR and Payroll. n Messages can be displayed when an employee logs on to InfiniTime ensuring that they receive important messages as soon as possible n Supervisors use InfiniTime to review, edit, and approve employees. n Electronic In-Out Board n Employee time information can be viewed and edited through the web browser. No desktop software is installed, which reduces total cost of ownership. n Configurable Workflow Notifications proactively notifies Supervisors via of areas that need their attention. n The home page Information Center notifies Supervisors of employees with selected attendance exceptions, pending time off requests and time cards requiring approval. n Electronic In/Out Board displays the employee s next scheduled in time as well as their current status of in or out. n Supervisors can limit their timecard review to those needing their attention by performing a quick search by exception code. n Supervisors can list employees by timecard approval status. All timecard information is presented on one screen for efficient review/approval. n Flexible date range selection by day or by pay period. n Exception based management of the timecard, only review employees who have exceptions. n Supervisors can view employee HR information. Employees may also be permitted to view their own HR records. n Supervisors and employees can look up the information they need, instead inquiring with the HR department. n Display an employee s picture for added security. n When hiring is done remotely, a supervisor may add the profile information for a new employee. n Supervisors can update employee HR information if permitted by their security authorization. n InfiniTime provides a powerful combination of standard reports and built in ad hoc reporting. These reports are designed to improve accuracy, which saves you time and money. Easy-to-view reporting provides critical employee payroll, scheduling, and historical trend information, which guarantees increased productivity and profits. n Supervisors may run their own reports for the employees they supervise. n Reports can be customized to define specific employee grouping or to add and remove fields. n Any report can be setup on a schedule to be automatically ed or printed by the system to relevant personnel. n Reports can be previewed on the screen, printed, exported to a.pdf or MS Excel file, or ed.
3 Resource Scheduling Manager Self Service Paperless Leave Requests Integration Additional Features n Supervisors may view and update employee schedules using InfiniTime. The departmental scheduling page provides an easy way to schedule all employees within a department simultaneously. n Create Master Schedule templates and assign them to employees. Once the template is assigned, the employee s weekly schedule is created automatically. n Review and modify the Schedules on a Gantt Chart for easier management. n Employees can view their schedule for the pay period, reducing the need for printed schedules. n Easily exchange schedules between employees. n Copy the employee s schedule from a prior week and then edit as necessary. n Build a Schedule Skeleton identifying the necessary manpower required to cover a certain work area or location and fill the schedule based on skill level and availability. n Managers/Supervisors can access their assigned employees information i.e. timecards. n Review, edit and approve the employees timecards. n Review and approve employees time off. n Send and receive messages within the solution. n Receive relevant reports on a schedule basis. n Gain access to the employees demographic and HR information based on security rights. n Build and manage the employees schedules. n Only relevant functionality and feature will be displayed based upon their position and responsibilities. n InfiniTime can be configured to allow your employee s to submit leave requests. The system will verify eligibility and availability, and send notification for employee requests and supervisor approvals. n Eliminate paper forms while streamlining your leave request and approval process. n Supervisors can view employees accrual balances while reviewing requests for time off. n Supervisor can view requests for time off by other employees within the same department, when determining if an employee s leave request should be approved. n Employees can find out the status of their leave request without burdening their supervisor with inquiries. n Approved leave time is automatically recorded on the employee s timecard. n InfiniTime can integrate with human resources, financial management and payroll software packages. n Standard interfaces to virtually any payroll package transfer employee pay data eliminating manual key entry and costly errors. n Eliminate double entry by importing Employees, Accrual Balances and other HR information to InfiniTime. n Employee punches, time and job information can easily be exported. n Customizable interface allowing specific views of functionality and feature set for groups of users. n Add Workflow, check sheets, links and instructions for users. n Display your organization s logo. n Comprehensive, context-sensitive Help enables employees and supervisors to become proficient quickly, with minimal training. n Complete Audit Trails maintain a detailed record of all entries, changes, additions and deletions.
4 Enterprise Scheduling InfiniTime 7 includes a full featured enterprise scheduling system. By using visual controls the system can use many scheduling features to provide robust and flexible schedules. Employees can be scheduled via shifts, static daily schedules, manual schedules and much more. InfiniTime 7 can use any mix of scheduling methods to schedule employees. One of the most popular features is the use of Schedule Skeletons. These schedule templates allow an example schedule to be built with the employee types that are needed. InfiniTime then uses the employees availability and what they are trained to do to automatically schedule a complete day with one button click.
5 Unlimited User Created Custom Interfaces The Escort module of InfiniTime 7 allows the system administrator to create unique user interfaces. Any portion of InfiniTime can be put onto an Escort window. This includes links to other web sites, images, text, and much more. This feature is great for creating your own version of InfiniTime and to have it as complex or as simple as you desire. The Escort module is also a great way to create a custom workflow for the supervisors, managers, or employees. Same Features for Installed and SaaS Applications InfiniTime 7 is available in an installed and SaaS application. There is no loss of features if you pick one or the other. Both are the same great application. InfiniTime 7 was released in 2009 and is a very full featured and robust browser application. Even though it is run in a browser, it does not lose the multitasking features of modern applications. There is no need to use the back button, open a new tab, or any other browser tricks to make InfiniTime multitask. The unique and robust user interface of InfiniTime allows full multitasking and is not page loaded like a web site.
6 Complete and Complex Accrual Capabilities Accruals are a complex part of any labor management project. InfiniTime 7 makes tracking accruals simple. With the robust capabilities of the accrual system that comes with InfiniTime 7, the user can eliminate the tedious spreadsheets and hours of manual tracking of accruals. Use of accrued time is automatically deducted from the employees accrual balances. InfiniTime 7 also has detailed reports that can give a full accounting of when the accrued time is earned and used. Full Self Service Employee Module Employee self-service is a great feature to have in an labor management system. InfiniTime does not disappoint when it comes to employee self-service. The employees can review their timecard, review their accrual balances, review their schedule, and much more. They can even request time off or schedule changes!
7 Access Control Built In Labor management does not just include time and attendance. Managing who can access different business locations, doors, or areas is also very important. InfiniTime 7 can help with its built in access control system. With the correct hardware, InfiniTime 7 can track access to any secured door. The access control transactions can also be separated from the time and attendance transactions. This flexibility allows for InfiniTime to track all of this information in one easy to use system. Enhanced Supervisor Reporting InfiniTime 7 has the ability to notify employees and/or supervisors when a rule (exception) is broken. This means that InfiniTime 7 can send an or text message if an employee is late, absent, forgets to punch, or any other exception happens.
