1 PCOUNTER EVERYONEPRINT STUDENT INSTANCE CREATE USER ACCOUNTS FOR WALK IN CUSTOMERS, ALUMNI OR PRIVATE PRINTING STAFF CASH KIOSK WEBPAY

2 Pcounter EveryonePrint (Student instance) will allow UJ Staff & Students to: Print research or assistance for students from staff PC s, released in student areas billed to student Create user accounts for walk in customers or Alumni from staff or student PC s Create staff private print accounts to upload funds via WebPay/Cash Kiosks and print documents in student areas with private credentials supplied, from either a student PC or connecting to EveryonePrint Student instance website from a staff PC Students that need to submit jobs from a MAC or Linux PC connected to UJ network for release in student area Students that need to print from mobile devices such as IPads, Cellphones, Tablets or Laptops that are connected to the UJ network wirelessly SSL:

3 A. Usage (Print student requests from staff PC s): 1. Logon ((with student or private (created via EveryOne Print student instance) credentials))

16 Walk in customers, Alumni, Students or Staff with private printing requirements with cash only, can walk up to a Cash Kiosk facility, and load funds to their print account Type in the username allocated on the keyboard and press <ENTER> (note that students present their student card at the cash kiosk) The user is authenticated and their current balance is displayed on the screen The user then inserts coins and notes into the Kiosk As the user inserts coins or notes, their new balance will be displayed on the screen. The user then presses the Finish button to complete the transaction. The new user balance is immediately available for use.
