Kerrie Hoffman is Vice President of Information Technology (IT), leading IT for the Power Solutions Business Unit of Johnson Controls Inc. Her career spans three Industries and multiple functions including operations, Sales, and Information Technology. Previous employers include Aurora Health Care, Johnson and Johnson, and her current role at Johnson Controls Inc. Key accomplishments span areas as diverse as: significantly improving productivity through process transformation and automation (including several ERP implementations); best in company Employee Engagement through Department leadership and establishing Innovation Practices; and significantly increasing market share/revenue through IT enabled business capability. Kerrie brings over 20 years of experience, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Pre-Med from Purdue University.
