The April 2011 IDC SMB Telecom Survey has provided data and research that addresses how other small businesses nationwide are approaching the start to finish process of selecting a communications provider, information that offers valuable insight to SMBs considering a new voice solution today. 3 What Buyers look for services that are first and foremost easy to use and affordable. Additionally, buyers are looking for service providers that offer technologically rich features.
