3 GROUP BOOKINGS IN A GENERAL SESSION We offer groups of 20 or more people, a cheaper price if you book in advance. These groups usually include fundraisers, film clubs, groups of friends and social activities. If you are happy to share the cinema with other customers, then we simply book your group into a general session and you receive the discounted ticket price. If you have a large group that is likely to fill one of our cinemas, which vary from seats, you are also able to arrange a private screening. 4 CHILDREN S BIRTHDAY PARTIES MAKE YOUR CHILD FEEL LIKE A SILVER SCREEN STAR! At Classic Cinemas we offer specialised party packages, every child has their name up on the outdoor marquee sign above the entrance to the cinema that will be up in lights for the week in which their party falls. Please see the pricing packages for Children s Parties listed below. If your booking number falls below 20 you are still required to pay the minimum. 5 PRIVATE CINEMA HIRE IN SEASON CONTENT PRIVATE AND OUT-OF-SEASON CONTENT If you would like to guarantee your group has a private cinema to screen inseason content; the following costs apply. Classic Cinema requires fourteen days notice for all private hire. You are required to meet the minimum guarantee when you hire any cinema. CLASSIC PRIVATE HIRE COST If you wish to hire a cinema to screen your own content, the following costs apply. These are generally used for media screenings, distributor screenings and screening private material. There is a two-hour minimum. If two hours of hire is exceeded you are required to pay for a further two hour block of hire. If you wish to screen a film that is no longer in-season, for example, Alice in Wonderland or Home Alone, there may be a distributor fee payable. CINEMA CAPACITY MIN. 8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTACTS + To secure your booking, please ensure you submit your group booking request at least 2 weeks prior to your required screening (bookings are subject to availability). + Your booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Classic Cinemas via return . + Final numbers should be communicated to the cinema by 10am the Friday prior to your screening for cinema allocation.
