CNC LATHES T Page 1-2 CNC MACHINE TOOLS Established in 1995 and located in Pazardzhik town, Bulgaria, the company initially started its activities with recycling of Bulgarian-made CNC machines. In 1996, the production of spare parts for engine and electric forklifts was also launched. The company has also developed and manufactured an automated CNC conveyor line for final assembly of car batteries. In the period in the company have designed and manufactured: vertical machining center M400, CNC lathe L120, horizontal CNC machining center H400 and vertical machining center М450. Since 2000 the line of vertical machining centers expand with М500, М550, М700 and up-to-date М400 and М450. In 2004 the T200 CNC lathe was designed and manufactured. The series has continued with Т250, Т500 and Т700. In 2007 the M800 was started as manufacturing. In 2008 was opened new constant temperature- and humidity controlled workshop for assembling. In the period , have started manufacturing T200-2S, T252-2S and five axes GM350 In the period , were designed and started as manufacturing: the new model 5-axes VMC350; a 7-axes turn-milling center with Y-axis on main turret; and a horizontal drilling-milling machine MH400. Ltd. is among the few Bulgarian companies capable of performing complete recycling, repair and modernization of all types CNC machine tools. The new modern CNC equipment for lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers (including up to simultaneous five-side machining operations), coordinate boring centers, five face double column machining center all ensure high precision and quality of machining operations. The precise assembly, testing, measurement and control equipment, including linear and ball bar measuring systems for machine tool inspection and acceptance testing, ensure for each individual machine the quality, that meets ISO standard requirements for machining centers. Ltd. exports its products to over 10 European countries and is the local representative for Bulgaria of major companies from the metal processing sector, such as FANUC Robomachines, CITIZEN MACHINERY MIYANO CO., Ltd. and TAKISAWA Machine Tools Japan and others for complex satisfaction of customers necessities. In accordance of a project under Operational Programme Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy have been purchased: a double column grinder (1500x4000) and 3-axes measuring machine for main bodies of the machine tools.
