Spindle CNC Lathe Designed for Turning and Milling Operations available with Either a Single Main Spindle ( A-Model) or with Two Spindles for Simultaneously Controlled Machining (AB Model). This high quality CNC lathe features quick change and modular tool slide for fast and convenient set-ups from one job to another. The machine s advanced traveling spindle design combines two functions into one providing for maximum operational flexibility. This new Jinn Fa JSL-20A series is ideal for turning, milling, drilling, tapping and side machining. The design was engineered specifically to provide for the saving of time and labor to lower your overall cutting costs. This model series is an excellent choice for high precision machining of close tolerance parts such as automotive parts, motorcycle parts, electronic and electric parts, instrument parts, pneumatic and hydraulic parts, etc. Additional Design Benefits: The JSL-20/20A design team gave a high priority to the customer demand for reducing expensive floor space and providing greater overall efficiency at the end user s facility. The fully enclosed splash guards combined with the use of safety glass assures comprehensive safety protection for the operator. Easy access to tooling areas and exceptionally good operational visibility is appreciated by the operator. The use of heavily ribbed close grain Meehanite process casting is a one piece base. This design provides a stable platform for the variety of machining attachments available for these machines. Once the machine is ordered, careful monitoring of every manufacturing process is supervised by the quality control department to meet the company s demand of manufacturing equipment of the highest quality and accuracy. Warranty: Cyber CNC Machinery Sales warrants products it sells to be free from defects in parts and workmanship for 12 months, from date of shipment. All parts provided under this warranty are F.O.B. Big Bend, W.I., unless otherwise specified. Defective warranty parts are to be returned to Cyber CNC Machinery Sales, freight prepaid. Perishable items such as belts and light bulbs and the replacement thereof are not covered by warranty. The CNC control system is warranted by the manufacturer for 48 months. The control manufacturer provides this warranty directly to the end user. Servo Drives and motors are warranted Two Years. Upon notification to our service department of a problem, Cyber CNC Machinery Sales will respond within 24 hours (same day, if possible) to your service request. Training: CyberCNC service engineers will provide the initial machine installation and set-up on your floor. Programming manuals are provided with the equipment and any questions you may have will be answered either at time of installation, running off of machine on our floor or by telephone during the first year of ownership. Shipping Point: Our dock, Big Bend, WI (unless otherwise specified). Prices are exclusive of Federal, State, County, or Local taxes. Taxes are paid by Buyer in addition to quoted purchase price. 3. INDEMNIFICATION: BUYER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES, WHICH SELLER MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, COSTS OR JUDGMENTS ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO, SAID MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT SOLD PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY USE WHATSOEVER OF THE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT, THE FAILURE OF BUYER, BUYER S OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS, WARNINGS OR RECOMMENDATIONS; THE FAILURE OF BUYER, BUYER S OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE USE OF SUCH MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACTS AS AMENDED; ANY LIABILITY BASED UPON OR RESULTING FROM ANY NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION OF SELLER OR ANY OF SELLER S OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR RESULTING FROM ANY LEGAL THEORY OF STRICT LIABILITY OR LIABILITY WITHOUT FAULT OR RESULTING FROM ANY THEORY OF BREACH OF WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 4. ADDITIONAL MATTERS: (a) It is understood there are no conditions or agreements pertaining to the equipment herein other than as set forth in this written proposal, and all prior conversations, agreements, or representations are superseded. Seller reserves the right to correct typographical errors. (b) Warranty information may vary depending on the machine, make, and model. Please refer to quotation for complete warranty information. (c) Buyer, In purchasing said machinery and equipment agrees that upon receipt of said machinery and equipment subject to this agreement it will be Buyer s Duty to inspect all machinery and equipment On A Continuing Basis; Provide Proper Safety Devices and Equipment or Means Necessary To Safeguard The Operator From Harm For Any Particular Use, Operation or Set-Up of the Machines and Equipment; To Adequately Safeguard that all Machinery and Equipment Meets All Government Safety Standards which May be Imposed from Time to Time, Including, but not limited to, all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Acts. (d) Any provision contained in a Customer Purchase Order or any other documentation which is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Proposal, shall be null and void unless specifically agreed to in writing by an officer of the Seller.. (e) Wisconsin LAW: This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Further, it is agreed that any claims relative to this Agreement, or the machinery and equipment purchased herein, shall be brought in the appropriate Court in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin (f) All specifications are offered merely as a guide and are approximate only, and not binding upon Seller. 5. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: Note: Any additional provisions contrary to the above must be included in writing in this space or attached to buyer s purchase order and acknowledged in writing by seller to buyer unless included in our quotation attached. 5 P a g e
