1 30 May :36 Online Property Tax Payment- User Manual Step1: Go to the Official website of Guwahati Municipal Corporation i.e. Then Click on the "Online Property Tax System" link to enter into the Online Property Tax Payment Portal. Figure: 1 Step 2: After Clicking on the "Online Property Tax System" link as mentioned in step 1, you will be redirected to the Online Property tax payment portal as shown in figure 2. Enter the "User ID" and "Password" fields if you are a registered user of the portal. Then click "SIGN IN" button and follow the step 4. If you are not a registered user then click on "REGISTER" button and complete step 3 to register. If you find any difficulty in log in Click on "Problem in login? Click here" button and then you will be responded with the page as shown in step 20. You can also pay the bill without registration by using the "Quick Pay". For using "Quick Pay" service click on the "Quick pay" button and follow the steps Figure: 2 Page 1

2 Step 3:In the Registration page enter "Holding No" and "Zone". Click here Owner name will automatically appear in this field. Also enter the Contact Details ( Mobile No, E -mail Id). Click on the "Register" button to register. Your "User Id" and "password" will be sent to your mail Id. Figure: 3 Step 4: If you are registered user then sign in with the "User Id" and "password" as mentioned in step 2. Now, you will be able to see your account as shown in the figure below. Figure: 4 Step 5:Click on the "Bill Box" button of the above page to view your bill details as shown in the figure 5. Page 2

3 Figure: 5 Step 6:Click on the "Online Payments" option of the above page. You will be redirected to the page as shown in figure 6. Figure: 6 Step 7: Enter your "Bill No" of the above page then click "Go". Page 3

4 Step 8: Check the checkbox against the arrear bill or quarter bill for which you want to make the payment. And click the "Pay Now" button. Figure: 7 Step 9: Now you will get the bill details as shown in figure 8. If you are sure of making the payment then click "Confirm". Figure: 8 Page 4

5 Step 10: Now you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Do not "back" or "refresh" page at this moment. After a few seconds you will get the page as shown in figure 9. Figure: 9 Step 11: choose the payment option( debit card, credit card, internet banking), provide the required information and click " Make Payment" to proceed. Step 12: After making payment your receipt will be automatically generated for future reference. Step 13: If you go for "Quick Pay" option and clicked the "quick pay " button as shown in step 2, you will be redirected to the page below. Figure: 10 Step 14: Enter your "Bill No" of the above page then click "Go". Page 5

6 Step 15: Check the checkbox against the arrear bill or quarter bill for which you want to make the payment. And click the "Pay Now" button. Figure: 11 Step 16: Now you will get the bill details as shown in figure 12 of the page below. If you are sure of making the payment then click "Confirm". 7 Figure: 13 Step 18: choose the payment option( debit card, credit card, internet banking), provide the required information and click " Make Payment" to proceed. Step 19: After making payment your receipt will be automatically generated for future reference. Step 20: On clicking "Problem in login" button as mentioned in step 2, you will be responded with the page in figure 14. Choose your problem type "forgot password" or "user locked". 8 Step 21: On clicking "Forgot password" option, you will be responded with the page as shown in figure 15. Enter "User Id" or "Holding Number" and click "send". Figure: 15 Step 22: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number or E mail Id. Figure: 16 Page 8

9 Step 23: On clicking "User Locked" option, you will be responded with the page in fig below: Fig 17 Step 24: User has to enter the user ID & write the problem description and send. He will receive confirmation on his regarding the same and his account will be unlocked
