3 REGISTRATION / REGULATIONS REGISTRATION PROCESS REGULATIONS EVENT REGULATIONS FRONT AND SIDE PLATES National Federations will receive an entry form from the FFC which will have to be sent back to Jonathan NOYANT (j.noyant@ffc.fr). Team managers have to pay fees in cash at the sign-in desk. Registration deadline is Monday 13 th February Late fee will be applied (National Rule) for registrations received after Monday 13 th February Late registrations can only be accepted if moto sheets are not full. No further registration will be possible after Thursday 16 th February Any cancellation must be reported to Jonathan NOYANT. There will be no refund for such cancellation. REGISTRATION FEES Indoor International: 23 per pilot and per race Supercross du Calvados (Boys and Girls from 13 to 16): 35 per pilot UCI regulations will be enforced for all categories during Indoor de Caen International competition: Numbers on jerseys: riders without a permanent UCI career number must not print a number on the back of their jersey. Full-zip jerseys are forbidden. Use of clip pedals: riders aged 13 and older are allowed to use clip pedals. Since photo finish system is utilized, each bicycle entered into competition must display a lateral number plate located just behind the steer tube. Any pilot whose bike is equipped with a nonconforming plate will be refused for both race and warm-up. Numbers sticked on the frame are forbidden (ref. BMX FFC rules about lateral plates). 4 SIGN-IN DESK SIGN-IN DESK CONFIRMATIONS You will find a sign-in desk at the main entrance of the Parc des Expositions Hall 2 That desk will be used to: Welcome pilots and team managers to give them any information about the competition. Confirm registration, provide official accreditations, etc. Envelopes will be delivered to pilots upon presentation of their 2017 BMX license card. Entry fees will be paid in cash as soon as your arrive in the Parc des Expositions. OPENING HOURS Friday: 17:00 to 22:00 Saturday: from 07:00 Sunday: from 07:00 Outside of these hours you can ask information to the reception desk situated at the entrance of the Parc des Expositions. 6 PRIZE MONEY / AWARDS PRIZE MONEY AWARD CEREMONIES Trophies and prizes will be given to the 3 first pilots of each category on the podium during the Award Ceremony. Tickets will be delivered by the organization and given to the 4th to 8th pilots at the end of finals, allowing them to get their prizes out of the Award Ceremony. In Cruiser races only, the 8 first pilots will be also rewarded. 8 GENERAL PUBLIC INFO PARKINGS LOCATION Two parkings are located around the Parc des Expositions: Organisation team parking Public & caravans parking Parking areas are accessible from Boulevars des Baladas CAMPING Camping is allowed and free of charge into the Parc des Expositions. You will find a special outdoor parking for vehicles. SECURITY Security will be ensured by the local police. Caen BMX disclaims any responsibility for bodily injuries, losses of income and material damages on parkings and track. SPECTATOR ACCESS ENTRANCE FEE Indoor de Caen International general public fees are the following: FEES ADULTS KIDS Day +12 YO 6-12 YO 1 day days Free entrance for kids under 6. High-alert VIGIPIRATE plan restricts specific condition for access like palpation and opening bags. Please be positive and patient with security officers. ANIMATIONS You will find many animations around the track: bicycle and accessories dealers, candies, gadgets, wears, photo booth, etc. CATERING On-site catering will be a wide range of caterers to suit your needs. 10 COUNTRY / CLUB AREA PROCESS A special area will be dedicated to team riders on the Hall 3. Location fees are: Countries/Clubs: 50 by 9m² Precision: Vehicles and trailers can t be parked in the Hall 3. There is an outdoor parking area next to the Hall. Planting pickets or other equipment onto the ground or the wall is strictly forbidden. There will be no bracelets distributed. Installation schedule will be the next: Friday: 16:00 21:00 Saturday: 07:30 09:00 Exit can be effected on Sunday from 18:00.
