1 IT Department Circular No.: MCX-SX/IT/2845/2015 March 30, 2015 Market datafeed provided by the Exchange to the members In terms of the provisions of Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of the Exchange, Members of the Exchange are notified as under: 1. The Exchange disseminates market datafeed (Multicast) in, and segments. 2. Various types of market datafeed (Multicast) are provided by the Exchange to optimally suit the trading infrastructure set up at members end and based on their trading needs such as manual trading or Algorithmic (Algo) trading. 3. Data disseminated over a specific Multicast type is offered uniformly to all trading members. It is not altered nor changed at the Exchange end to cater to the needs of a specific member\setup\infrastructure\service. All members have equal and fair access to these multicast types. 4. 2 Sr# 5. Listed below is the cost structure and type of connectivity provided by Exchange: Connectivity type 1. VSAT 1) Members using TWS terminals. 2) Members using API based terminals. User Type Connectivity Charges Segment Availability of market datafeed (Multicast) 1) New VSAT: One time cost: Rs.1.65 Lakhs + Applicable tax. The amount represents one VSAT connectivity facility for a period of 3 years. Annual charges (after completion of 3 years): Rs. 28,000 + Applicable tax. 2) Members OWN VSAT: The member would have to pay one time non-refundable charge of Rs. 50,000/- plus taxes as applicable in advance towards VSAT connectivity facility charges for 3 years from the date of activation of the said facility in MCX-SX trading system. Thereafter Rs. 50,000/- plus taxes (Nonrefundable ) for 3 years at the time of renewal or the charges as decided and communicated by the Exchange from time to time, Normal Multicast 2. Leased Line (POP) 1) Members using TWS terminals. 2) Members using API based terminals. 3. Internet 1) Members using TWS terminals. MCX-SX/IT/904/2012 dated December 4, 2012 Rs. 4000/- per token (per user per segment) towards the activation, maintenance and logistics of the RSA hardware token. The RSA hardware token shall be valid up to the expiry date shown on the back of the token, and thereafter the same shall be revalidated and issued to the members as per the applicable charges at the time of re-validation. RSA hardware token once issued to a user cannot be used by any other user.
