(IDBI Capital - head quartered in Mumbai) is a leading provider of financial services and is a 100% subsidiary of IDBI Bank Ltd. The Company was set up in 1993 with the objective of catering to specific financial requirements of financial institutions, banks, mutual funds and corporate houses. IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd. (IDBI Capital) a leading Indian stock broking firm. IDBI Capital offers a full suite of products and services to individual, institutional and corporate clients namely: a) Stock Broking-Institutional and Retail (Through investment portal) b) Distribution of Financial Products c) Merchant Banking d) Corporate Advisory Services e) Debt Arranging & Underwriting f) Managing Client Assets-Pension/PF fund manager g) Research Services, etc. IDBI Capital along with its Bank Alliance Partners is providing online trading facility through WEB portal to its clients who are located across India and shortly launching its offline trading facility too. IDBI Capital is operating from its 35 branches and expected to grow to About the Requirements IDBI Capital as a Trading Member of SE (Cash and Derivatives) & BSE renders various services to clients that are: Online Web Based Trading. Online Back-office services. Online Portfolio Manager. IDBI Capital is providing Stock Broking services to its Retail / corporate clients across India. Currently, IDBI CAPITAL is directly serving around 50,000 clients and expected to grow the clientele to 1,50,000 2,00, Business Requirement At present we are providing online trading facility, in our pursuit to provide best of services and grow across the country through our own branches and a set of franchisees, we plan to start up offline broking business for our retail clients. For the launch of offline trading to own branches and franchisee channel, we need to offer front-end software (CTCL trading terminal) to all franchisee with projection of about 100 branches and 200 franchisee by the end of F

Minimum Annual Gross Turnover should be greater than Rs.1 crore # Certificated documentary evidence should be provided to prove the points mentioned above. 4 Evaluation Criteria 1. Evaluation will be based on the General and Technical evaluation which will be based on the documents submitted by the vendor and the detailed presentations to be given by the vendor along with the product demos to the designated committee. 2. IDBI Capital may use the services of external consultants for bid evaluation 3. All bids shall be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee set up and will call for presentation to all the vendors applied for or some of the vendors, to evaluate the features of the software as per the requirements of IDBI Capital. All Successful Qualified 11

12 vendors will be called for Request for Proposal (RFP). the price quoted. The final evaluation shall be on the basis of professional competence and 4. Evaluation process as decided by the IDBI Capital will be binding to the bidder. 5. Documents Establishing Eligibility of Product. The system integrator or Bidder shall furnish, as part of its Bid, documents establishing the eligibility and conformity to the Bidding Documents of all products and/or System and/or services which the system integrator or Bidder proposes to supply under the Contract. The documentary evidence of the eligibility of the products and/or System and/or services shall consist of a statement (attached to the Price Schedule) of the country of origin of the products and/or System and/or services offered, which shall be confirmed by a certificate of origin issued at the time of shipment. The documentary evidence of conformity of the products and/or System and/or services to the Bidding Documents may be in the form of literature, drawings, and data, and shall a) a detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the products and/or Systems. b) an item-by-item commentary on the Technical & Functional Specifications given in the Bid, demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the products and/or System and/or services to those specifications, or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical & Functional Specifications. c) a confirmation that, if the System integrator or Bidder offer systems and/or other software produced by another company, such software operates efficiently on the system proposed by the system integrator or Bidder; and the system integrator or Bidder is willing to accept responsibility for its successful operation. 5 General Terms : All correspondence should be done to Mr. Parveen Sachdeva / Mr. Hitesh Chavan.
