The land selection to accommodate transport and logistics center (TLC) is due to the following factors: geographical location: near the border of Belarus and Poland, near the border crossing "Kozlovichi"; TLC undoubted advantage is that it is located directly along the international transport corridor Berlin - Brest - Minsk - Moscow; along the western border of the TLC goes a railway line, which will organize the storage of railway containers; All these factors make it possible to organize the logistics of freight traffic between Europe and the CIS countries with minimal losses, which ensure full coordination and cooperation of road and rail traffic flows to transship cargo to countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the transit through the territory of the EEU, to concentrate the implementation of the necessary customs procedures. Available warehouses, providing a full range of service and logistics services will also be attractive to customers. It is possible to adjust the project to the requirements of an investor.

3 The project is based on the idea of considering a possibility of structural, as well as legal, independence of the project components: - filling station; - service station; - office and hotel complex; - warehouses; - the second stage is the admission of the rail line for the organization of container handling. The attractiveness of the investment project - the objects will be located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus member-state of the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union in close proximity to the border with a member of the European Union - the Republic of Poland. Degree of the project readiness: the land plot in the FEZ Brest is obtained; the permission to preliminary works is obtained the works start within 3 months from the beginning of financing.
