2 TNF Wet Units TNF WET UNITS The TNF Wet Units are made with a special focus on details to ensure that form, function and durability contribute to the overall effect. The TNF Wet Units are made according to customer specifications or as standard units for all kinds of environments in passenger ships, freight ships, offshore vessels, navy ships and other applications, including applications on land, like hotels. The TNF Wet Units are made as pre-fabricated ready-to-install modules or as knock-down kits for refurbishment or other situations where it is not possible to use a ready-to-use modular unit. We manufacture the wet units under the strictest quality control. Our production is ISO 9001 certified by DNV and we have the DNV MED-D certificate for the factory. Our quality control also includes the suppliers of components and accessories in order to safeguard the total quality of the complete wet unit. The TNF Wet Units are 100 % tested before delivery and are ready for quick and easy piping and electrical installations. In our design we focus on long lasting solutions which will give the user maximum comfort in all situations.

3 TNF Wet Units The TNF Wet Unit walls and ceilings are built up by the special TNF Wet Unit Panels into a waterproof, rigid and fire-safe construction. The wall surface is coming with the options of TNF Magic, PVC, stainless, painted or tiles depending on customer s preferences. The TNF Wet Unit floors are designed to meet the special needs on the sea. The bottom structure is welded to a strong and waterproof construction where functions like water flow and and floor heating are are combined. The floor surface is anti-mildew and anti-slippery and finished in tiles, mosaic, vinyl or other customer specified alternatives.

4 TNF Wet Unit Examples Shower Module Shower Module WET UNIT EXAMPLES TNF Wet Units are delivered in different sizes and designs according to customer specifications. The four basic types are Toilet Module, Shower Module, Bath Module and Shared Module. The Toilet Module contains a toilet bowl and a washbasin, the Shower Module has, in addition, shower cabin, the Bath Module has a bath tub instead of a shower cabin and the typical Shared Module is for two cabins and has a toilet bowl, a wash-basin and a shower cabin. In addition all units have equipment and accessories like mixing taps, shower mixers, cabinets, paper holders, soap holders, towel and grab rails, etc. QUICK AND EASY The TNF Wet Units are designed for quick and easy handling and installation. Everything is ready to install. You just connect the toilet, cold and hot water, floor drains and power. The wet unit has adjustable legs in each corner in order to allow for a correct levelling. When the legs have been adjusted to the right position, they will be welded to the steel deck in order to safeguard a firm connection between the wet unit and the steel structure. TNF STANDARD WET UNIT TNF SEAMLESS WET UNIT TNF STANDARD WET UNITS VERSUS TNF SEAMLESS WET UNITS TNF Wet Units are made to all relevant standards, among others the NORSOK Standards. From a general design point of view, the TNF Wet Unit is produced in Standard version and Seamless version. Both versions are waterproof and made for long lasting service, but the seamless version has a higher aestetic value. In the TNF Standard Wet Unit, the joints between the panels are sealed with silicone, while the TNF Seamless Wet Unit has a continuous seamless wall from door frame to door frame

The wet unit can be lifted in a crane or by a fork lift truck, and it can be rolled to its position on the deck by fixing temporary wheels to the corners.
