1 Any customer wishing to enroll (or re-enroll) in Harbor Community Bank s Personal Online Banking services should perform the following steps: Go to in the computer s web browser.
2 Click on the picture labeled Online Banking. Personal Online Banking Enrollment
3 Click on Personal Banking Enrollment. Personal Online Banking Enrollment
4 The Retail Online Banking Terms and Conditions will display. Review the Terms and Conditions, continuing to scroll to the bottom of the screen. To continue, click I Agree.
5 The First Time User Authentication screen will display. Personal Online Banking Enrollment
6 All fields must be filled out for the enrollment. Personal Online Banking Enrollment ) First Name: The first name of the person enrolling. 2) Last Name: The last name of the person enrolling. 3) Address: A valid address for the person enrolling. 4) Date of Birth (mmddyy): The 2-digit month, 2-digit day, and 2-digit year of the person enrolling. **Important Type numbers only. DO NOT include any - or / with the date. 5) Account Number: An account number that the person enrolling is related to. 6) Account Type: The type of the above account (checking, savings, loan, etc.) 7) Password: This is either the last 4 digits of the enrollee s SSN or the existing Telebanking PIN.
7 Click Submit. Personal Online Banking Enrollment
8 A screen will display asking for a new Access ID and Password to be established.
9 **TIP: Avoid very simple Access IDs (such as a first name only). The more unique the Access ID, the better chance it does not already exist. **TIP: The password must meet all of the following criteria: 1) The password must be at least 6 characters long, but no more than 12 characters long. 2) The password must contain at least one uppercase letter. (It may contain more than one) 3) The password must contain at least one lowercase letter. (It may contain more than one) 4) The password must contain at least one number. (It may contain more than one) 5) The password must contain at least one special character. (Such as: $,%,#,!,?. It may contain more than one) Failure to follow the tips above may result in an error being returned.
10 Click Submit. Personal Online Banking Enrollment
11 A screen will display for the setup of Personal Security Data.
12 If the address is incorrect, it cannot be corrected here. It can be corrected under Options once the enrollment is completed.
13 Three security questions must be selected and answered. Additional questions can be selected from the drop-down field, to fit the enrollee s preference. **TIP: The answers should be ones the enrollee can remember. No bank employee has the ability to look up the answers. All answers are case-sensitive.
14 If you do not wish one of the security questions to be asked each time that you sign in on the current device, select This is personal computer. Register it. If you wish for one of the security questions to be asked, at random, when you log into the current device, select This is a public computer. Do not register it.
15 Once all the questions are selected and answered, click Submit.
16 The Terms and Conditions for Online Banking will display. This will always be the most current disclosure. This screen may be printed by clicking on Click Here to Print, at the enrollee s option. Optional
17 To continue with the enrollment, click Accept. Personal Online Banking Enrollment
18 A screen will display giving the option to begin enrollment in Mobile Banking (Harbor To Go). Enroll Now will proceed the Mobile Banking Enrollment screens. Ask Me Later will decline enrollment at this time, but this screen will display again after the enrollee logs in at a later date (45-60 days). Decline will decline enrollment and this screen will not display again. If Decline or Ask Me Later is selected, Mobile Banking can still be enrolled in by going to the Options tab once signed in to Online Banking. Select One
19 If the account is not already set up for estatements, the estatements enrollment screen will display. For the Accept button to display, the steps to enroll at least one account in estatements need to be followed. If those steps are all followed and Accept is selected, the account selected will be enrolled in estatements and a paper statement will no longer be generated. If Decline is selected, this page will not display again. If Ask Me Later is selected, this page will not appear but will display again after the enrollee logs in at a later date (45-60 days). If Decline or Ask Me Later is selected, the account(s) can still enroll in on estatements by going to the Options tab once signed in to Online Banking. Select One
20 The Online Banking List of Accounts screen displays. CONGRATULATIONS! The enrollment is complete!
