1 Terms and Conditions Period and Eligibility 1. The 0% EPP Festive Season Campaign ( Campaign ) shall commence from 15 January 2016 to 14 April 2016 ( Campaign Period ), both dates inclusive or such other period(s) as may be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of AmBank (M) Berhad ( AmBank ) / AmBank Islamic Berhad (formerly known as AmIslamic Bank Berhad) ( AmBank Islamic ) with at least 21 calendar days prior notice. 2. This Campaign is open to all existing AmBank, AmBank Islamic and MBF Cards ( the Bank ) Cardmembers (i.e. World MasterCard, Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Platinum, Gold, Classic, M- Card and CARz Card). 3. Both Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers are entitled to participate on an independent basis with an exception of Cardmembers whose Card accounts have been delinquent, suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reasons during the Campaign period or during the fulfilment of Prizes ( Eligible Participant ). Mechanics Prizes 4. To participate in the Campaign, Eligible Participants are required to spend a minimum amount of RM2,000 (single or accumulated) on 0% Easy Payment Plan at any AmBank merchants. ( Eligible Transaction ). 5. All Eligible Transactions are qualified to participate in the Campaign EXCEPT insurance / takaful, direct selling, club memberships, property and utilities. 6. Entry is automatic subject to Eligible Participant meeting the Eligible Transaction requirements. No registration via SMS is required. 7. All Eligible Transactions must be successfully transacted and posted to the Eligible Participant s Card account to be in the running to win the Prizes. The Bank will allow a six (6) working days for the qualifying retail transactions made to be posted into the Eligible Participant s Card account. The Bank is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any late posting to Eligible Cardmember s account by merchants and/ or third party. 8. The following Grand and Monthly Prizes will be awarded to the Eligible Participant based on highest spent: a) Grand Prize: 3x AirAsia E-Gift Voucher worth RM2,500. b) Monthly Prize: 2x AirAsia E-Gift Voucher worth RM Each Principal/ Supplementary Cardmember is entitled to win only one (1) Monthly Prize throughout the Campaign Period.

2 10. Principal / Supplementary Cardmember who has already won the Monthly Prize will still have a chance to win the Grand Prize. 11. Both the Monthly Prize and Grand Prize shall be fulfilled to the Eligible Participant s address or mailing address (excluding P.O.Box and address outside Malaysia) within 8 to 10 weeks upon notification from the Bank after the Campaign ends. The Eligible Participant is deemed to have received the Prize based on the proof of delivery at the Bank s system or courier service records. 12. Winners are bound by Air Asia s Electronic Gift Voucher End User Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of carriage for Air Asia (AK) flights. AmBank shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damages, expenses, costs or any liability whatsoever due to or arising out of any act or omissions by Air Asia. Please log on to for complete terms and conditions. Winner Selection 13. Selection of Winner: 13.1 Grand Prize Winner: Three (3) Cardmembers with the highest amount spent (single/ accumulated) throughout the Campaign Period shall be declared as the winner Monthly Prize Winner: Each month, two (2) Cardmembers with the highest amount spent (single/ accumulated) shall be declared as the winner. Winners selection will be done at the end of each month, based on the Bank s system date and time and shall be awarded based on a first-come-first-served basis. 14. The winners shall be notified after the Campaign ends via notice posted in the Bank s website at ambank.com.my, by phone or mail or via any other modes as may be determined by the Bank from time to time at its absolute discretion. 15. The monthly duration are as follows: Spend Period 15 January 2016 to 14 February 2016 Month 1 15 February 2016 to 14 March 2016 Month 2 15 March 2016 to 14 April 2016 Month Variation / Revision - Pursuant to Clauses 13 to 15 above, the Bank shall have the right at its absolute discretion to vary / revise / amend the selection mechanism / process as it deems fit at any time with at least 21 calendar days prior notice. Disqualification 17. In the event where Eligible Participant cancel their credit card account and/ or they fail to fulfill the requirement as stipulated in Clause 4 to 7 above, the Eligible Participant is automatically disqualified from the Campaign and not eligible to participate in the Campaign. 18. The Bank shall have the right and absolute discretion to disqualify any Eligible Participant that it found or determined to be tampering with the entry process and/or the operation of the

3 Campaign, to be acting in breach of the Terms and Conditions herein including to forfeit the Prizes. 19. The Bank has an absolute discretion to vary / revise / amend the Participation Criteria / mechanism / process as it deems fit at any time with at least 21 calendar days prior notification to the Eligible Participant. General Terms and Conditions 20. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Participants are agreeable to the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the decision of the Bank and any other terms and conditions imposed by the Bank from time to time with at least 21 calendar days prior notice. 21. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Eligible Participants to participate in the Campaign at any time due to any network, communication or system error, interruption and / or failure. 22. The Bank reserves the right to change, vary or substitute the Prizes to any other prizes of similar retail value with at least 21 calendar days prior notice given by announcement made at the Bank s website at ambank.com.my. 23. The Bank will not be held liable directly or indirectly for any loss, claim, damage whether in contract, tort or otherwise to any property, injury to any person or persons, expenses or cost in connection with his or her participation of the Campaign or as a result of the usage of the Prizes. 24. The Prizes is not exchangeable for cash, credit and any other kind of products and not transferable to any parties. 25. The eligibility of the Eligible Participant for the Prizes and all other matters relating to this Campaign is final and binding and no further correspondences shall be entertained. 26. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign with at least 21 calendar days prior notice given by announcement made at the Bank s website at ambank.com.my. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of this Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participant(s) to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participant(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 27. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein it is agreed that the Bank shall not be held liable for any costs, expenses or damages that may be incurred or suffered as a result of the Bank being unable to comply strictly with the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure. The term force majeure shall mean any event or cause outside the control of the Bank, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing: i. a revolution, civil commotion, riots, wars, terrorism, hostilities, sabotage, armed conflict, embargoes; ii. explosions, accidents, acts of God, natural catastrophes including but not limited to earthquake, floods, storms, landslides, fire;

4 iii. strike, lockouts, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances (affecting the performance of this Terms and Conditions) which cause or can reasonably be expected to cause the Bank to fail to comply with its obligations; iv. failure, explosions, breakage or accident to machinery, installations, transformers, electrical cables, lines, power generation plants, power stations, national electricity grid, high tension electricity cables or the like thereof; and v. the binding orders of or any interference of any government or governmental authority which has been resisted in good faith by all reasonable means, the denial, suspension or revocation of an applicable export and/or import permits. 28. All Eligible Participants shall be required to adhere to the Campaign Terms and Conditions. The Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes in the event of any of the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to. 29. The Terms & Conditions herein are to be read together with and are supplementary to the standard Terms & Conditions of AmBank Cards Agreement ( Card Agreement ) 30. In the event if the discrepancies or inconsistencies between this agreement and the Card Agreement, the Terms & Conditions of this agreement shall prevail in so far as it concerns the Contest. 31. All Terms and Conditions stipulated herein are governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Malaysia and any legal disputes shall be commenced and heard exclusively in courts in Malaysia. 32. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other provisions and/or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign.

5 Terma dan Syarat Tempoh dan Kelayakan 1. Kempen Pelan Pembayaran Mudah 0% Musim Perayaan ( kempen ) bermula dari 15 Januari 2016 hingga 14 April 2016 ( Tempoh Kempen ), termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut sebagaimana yang ditentukan di budi bicara tunggal dan mutlak AmBank (M) Berhad ( AmBank ) / AmBank Islamic Berhad (dahulunya dikenali sebagai AmIslamic Bank Berhad) ( AmBank Islamic ) dengan memberikan notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu. 2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua Ahli Kad AmBank, AmBank Islamic dan MBF Cards ( Bank ) (iaitu Kad World MasterCard, Visa Infinite, Visa Signature, Platinum, Gold, Klasik, M-Card dan CARz). 3. Ahli Kad Utama dan Kad Tambahan layak untuk menyertai berdasarkan penyertaan berasingan kecuali Ahli Kad yang mempunyai akaun Kad Kredit yang tidak berbayar, pernah digantung, dibatalkan atau ditamatkan di atas apa-apa sebab semasa tempoh kempen atau semasa proses pemilihan pemenang ( Ahli Kad Yang Layak ). Mekanisma 4. Untuk menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad Yang Layak dikehendaki memiliki Kad Kredit yang sah dan menggunakan Kad Kredit untuk sebarang transaksi dengan nilai minimum RM2, dalam satu bil tunggal atau terkumpul melalui Pelan Pembayaran Mudah 0% ( Transaksi Yang Layak ). 5. Kesemua Transaksi Yang Layak layak untuk menyertai Peraduan KECUALI untuk bayaran insuran / takaful, jualan langsung, yuran keahlian, hartanah dan utiliti. 6. Penyertaan adalah automatik kepada Ahli Kad yang memenuhi keperluan Transaksi Yang Layak. Tiada pendaftaran melalui SMS diperlukan. 7. Semua Transaksi Yang Layak mesti dilakukan dengan jayanya dan dibil ke akaun Ahli Kad Yang Layak untuk memenangi hadiah tersebut. Pihak Bank membenarkan enam (6) hari kalendar untuk Transaksi Yang Layak dibil ke akaun Kad Ahli Kad Yang Layak. Pihak Bank tidak bertanggungjawab dalam apa saja cara ke atas kelewatan bil yang dicaj ke akaun Ahli Kad Yang Layak oleh peniaga dan/ atau pihak ketiga. Hadiah-hadiah 8. Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Bulanan akan diberikan kepada Ahli Kad Yang Layak yang mempunyai nilai transaki tertinggi seperti berikut: a)hadiah Utama: - 3x Baucar Tunai AirAsia bernilai RM2,500

6 b)hadiah Bulanan: - 2x Baucar Tunai AirAsia bernilai RM Setiap Ahli Kad Utama / Tambahan hanya layak untuk memenangi satu (1) Hadiah Bulanan sahaja sepanjang tempoh Kempen. 10. Ahli Kad Utama / Tambahan yang sudah memenangi Hadiah Bulanan masih mempunyai peluang untuk memenangi Hadiah Utama. 11. Kedua-dua Hadiah Bulanan dan Hadiah Utama akan dihantar melalui perkhidmatan kurier atau emel ke alamat surat-menyurat / emel Ahli Kad Yang Layak dalam tempoh 8 hingga 10 minggu dari tarikh pemenang diumumkan selepas Kempen tamat. Tiada penghantaran akan dibuat ke alamat peti surat atau mana-mana alamat di luar Malaysia. Ahli Kad Yang Layak dianggap telah menerima hadiah berdasarkan bukti penghantaran yang dibuat di alamat surat-menyurat atau sistem emel Bank. 12. Pemenang adalah terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat Air Asia Gift Voucher Elektronik Pengguna Akhir, Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat pengangkutan untuk penerbangan Air Asia (AK). AmBank tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerugian, kecederaan, kerosakan, perbelanjaan, kos atau apa-apa liabiliti yang terlibat atau yang timbul daripada apa-apa perbuatan atau peninggalan oleh Air Asia. Sila layari untuk terma dan syarat yang lengkap. Pemilihan Pemenang 13. Pemilihan Pemenang 13.1 Pemenang Hadiah Utama: Tiga (3) Ahli Kad dengan amaun perbelanjaan yang tertinggi (tunggal/ terkumpul) sepanjang Tempoh Kempen akan diisytiharkan sebagai pemenang Pemenang Hadiah Bulanan: Dua (2) Ahli Kad pertama dengan amaun perbelanjaan yang tertinggi (tunggal/ terkumpul) setiap bulan. Pemilihan pemenang akan dibuat pada akhir setiap bulan, secara yang terdahulu didahulukan berdasarkan tarikh dan masa sistem Bank. 14. Para pemenang akan dimaklumkan melalui notis yang dipaparkan di laman web Bank iaitu ambank.com.my, melalui telefon atau surat atau melalui apa jua kaedah yang mungkin ditentukan oleh pihak Bank dari semasa ke semasa atas budi bicara mutlak pihak Bank. 15. Tempoh Kempen bulanan adalah seperti berikut: Tempoh Perbelanjaan 15 Januari 2016 ke 14 Februari 2016 Bulan 1 15 Februari 2016 ke 14 Mac 2016 Bulan 2 15 Mac 2016 ke 14 April 2016 Bulan Variasi / Semakan Menurut Klausa-klausa 13 ke 15 di atas, pihak Bank berhak dengan budi bicara mutlak untuk melakukan variasi / meminda / menyemak pemilihan mekanisma / proses

7 pemilihan yang dirasakan bersesuaian dengan pemberian notis 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu. Penyingkiran 17. Sekiranya Ahli Kad Yang Layak membatalkan kad kredit dan/atau mereka gagal memenuhi syarat seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Klausa 4 ke 7 di atas, penyertaan Ahli Kad Yang Layak dalam Kempen akan dibatalkan secara automatik. 18. Pihak Bank mempunyai hak dan budi bicara mutlak untuk membatalkan penyertaan manamana Ahli Kad Yang Layak jika pihaknya mendapati dan menentukan berlaku penggodaman dalam proses penyertaan dan/atau operasi Kempen, bertindak melanggar Terma dan Syarat di dalam ini termasuk menarik balik Hadiah. 19. Pihak Bank mempunyai hak dan atas budi bicara mutlak untuk melakukan variasi dan/atau menyemak dan/atau meminda kriteria pemilihan dan/atau mekanisma dan/atau proses yang difikirkan bersesuaian dan diperlukan pada bila-bila masa untuk tujuan dinyatakan dengan notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu kepada Ahli Kad Yang Layak. Terma dan Syarat Am 20. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad bersetuju dengan Terma dan Syarat Peraduan dan memperakui bahawa mereka telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan keputusan pihak Bank dan apa-apa terma dan syarat yang dikenakan oleh pihak Bank dari masa ke semasa dengan memberikan notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu. 21. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau menanggung liabiliti terhadap sebarang kegagalan oleh mana-mana Ahli Kad untuk menyertai Kempen pada bila-bila masa disebabkan sebarang kesilapan, gangguan dan/atau kegagalan rangkaian, komunikasi atau sistem. 22. Pihak Bank berhak untuk menukar, meminda atau menggantikan hadiah dengan hadiah lain dengan nilai runcit sama dengan memberikan notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu menerusi pengumuman yang dibuat di laman web rasmi Bank iaitu ambank.com.my. 23. Pihak Bank tidak akan menanggung liabiliti secara langsung atau tidak langsung terhadap sebarang kerugian, tuntutan, kerosakan sama ada dalam kontrak, tort atau selainnya kepada sebarang harta benda, kecederaan kepada mana-mana orang, perbelanjaan atau kos berhubung dengan penyertaannya dalam Kempen atau disebabkan penggunaan Hadiah. 24. Hadiah-hadiah yang dimenangi tidak boleh ditukar dengan tunai, kredit atau sebarang bentuk produk dan tidak boleh dipindahkan kepada mana-mana pihak. 25. Kelayakan Ahli Kad untuk memenangi hadiah dan semua perkara lain berkaitan Kempen ini adalah muktamad dan terikat dan sebarang surat-menyurat tidak akan dilayan. 26. Pihak Bank berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Kempen ini dengan memberikan notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalendar terlebih dahulu menerusi pengumuman yang dibuat di laman web rasmi Bank iaitu ambank.com.my. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan,

8 pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Kempen ini oleh pihak Bank tidak akan melayakkan Ahli Kad untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan atau menerima pampasan daripada pihak Bank bagi sebarang dan semua kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Ahli Kad Yang Layak yang disebabkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung oleh pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan. 27. Walau apa pun peruntukan yang menyatakan sebaliknya di dalam ini, adalah dipersetujui bahawa pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kos, perbelanjaan atau kerosakan yang mungkin ditanggung atau dialami disebabkan oleh pihak Bank tidak dapat mematuhi sepenuhnya Terma dan Syarat Peraduan disebabkan berlakunya kejadian force majeure. Istilah force majeure bermakna mana-mana kejadian atau sebab di luar kawalan Pihak Bank, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kejadian umum berikut: i. revolusi, kekacauan awam, rusuhan, peperangan, keganasan, permusuhan, sabotaj, persengketaan bersenjata; sekatan; ii. iii. iv. letupan, kemalangan, bencana alam, malapetaka termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada gempa bumi, banjir, tanah runtuh, kebakaran; mogok, sekatan masuk kerja, pertikaian buruh atau gangguan perindustrian lain (menjejaskan pelaksanaan Terma dan Syarat ini) yang menyebabkan atau mungkin menyebabkan Bank gagal untuk menunaikan kewajipan; kegagalan, letupan, keretakan atau kemalangan mesin, pemasangan, transformer, kabel elektrik, talian, loji jana kuasa, stesen kuasa, grid elektrik kebangsaan, kabel elektrik ketegangan tinggi atau sebagainya; dan v. arahan atau campur tangan mana-mana kerajaan atau pihak berkuasa kerajaan yang mengikat, yang telah ditentang dengan niat baik dengan semua cara sewajarnya, penolakan, penggantungan atau pembatalan permit eksport dan/atau import yang berkenaan. 28. Semua Ahli Kad Yang Layak dikehendaki mematuhi segala Terma dan Syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak Bank bagi Kempen ini. Pihak Bank berhak menarik balik Hadiah jika mendapati Ahli Kad gagal mematuhi Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung. 29. Terma dan syarat ini hendaklah dibaca bersama-sama dengan dan adalah tambahan kepada Terma dan Syarat dalam Perjanjian Kad AmBank ("Perjanjian Kad ). 30. Sekiranya berlaku percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara Perjanjian ini dan Perjanjian Kad, Terma dan Syarat perjanjian ini hendaklah terpakai selagi ianya melibatkan Peraduan. 31. Semua Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam ini ditadbir dan ditafsir menurut undangundang Malaysia dan sebarang pertikaian perundangan hendaklah dimulakan dan didengar secara eksklusif di mahkamah di Malaysia. 32. Terma dan Syarat ini akan diguna pakai mengatasi sebarang peruntukan dan/atau pernyataan lain yang terkandung di dalam mana-mana bahan promosi lain di dalam Kempen ini.
